Years ago I took my BMW here. Within 2 months, i had to take it back twice because it kept breaking down with the same problem. When I went to pick it up the last time, I stopped by Starbucks on the way there and caught Ray with my car at Starbucks. When I looked at the odometer, he had put over a 150 miles on my car. He said that he had to test drive it.....more like "joy riding". After that last time, it broke down again a week later. I took it to another shop and they fixed the problem, which was nothing Ray was working on. I paid him $1000s and had to rent a car while he was not riding in my car for weeks.

I’ve been trying to get in touch with this shop for over two weeks, but their voicemail has been full the entire time, making it nearly impossible to leave a message or schedule service. It’s frustrating and makes it really hard to do business with them. I hope they address this soon, because it’s not a great experience for potential customers

In the more than 17 years that I took my cars to this shop, I found them to be very honest, reliable and friendly. Ray, who I believe may be retired now, was more like a friend than just a mechanic, really good to deal with. Only reason I haven't been back in awhile is that I got a great deal on a very low mileage used vehicle and have had no mechanical issues since.

Ray is a seasoned, knowledgeable, honest mechanic. He had me step on my brake, rev the engine a couple of times & from that he knew what was wrong with my car. He didn't talk down to me as a woman as he explained what he needed to do or try to take advantage of my lack of auto experience. Got my 2002 Dodge Dakota truck repaired here. It started majorly over heating the night before. My suspension was creaky as hell and my brakes were weak (which I just wrote up to being an old truck). I had some ABS lights on. I took it in for the over heating and asked them to take a look at the other issues above. They took care of it all for a reasonable price. I was expecting it to be a lot more after I got token for a ride by Midas last time I took the truck in for work. I’m so glad I went here and definitely recommend them. They earned my trust and loyalty to come back here next time it has an issue. They communicated well. Work was done within a week. Your timing and pricing may vary but definitely worth coming here.
