It seems like every time I go up there to get an oil change and tires rotated. There is a three hour wait time. I bought my tires from there. I don't want to sit there for three hours. I'm going Tuesday early when they open. I'm going to see what happens. If they can't take care of it. I will go somewhere else. I'll pay to have my tires rotated. I'm not happy with this.

Fixes everything but what you tell them to fix, very unprofessional and money hungry. There are plenty of other good places that actually care about the customer and are not just trying to scam you out of your money. Avoid this place at all costs they will make up imaginary problems for your car just to overcharge you for the simplest fixes. Do not bring your car here unless you want to be scammed

Did not communicate as to what was wrong or the cost. Took it apart without my permission kept giving me the run around when I needed my car. After two weeks wanted to charge me an additional 600 on top of the 1800 already charged saying something else was wrong . They totally messed up my car worst and wanted me to pay for them to fix what they messed up. I brought it in with one code which now I have 3 codes because they wouldn't let another one of their mechanic look at it to see if someone else could fix it since the first mechanic couldn't but took it apart. Then refused to give me my old parts back without charging me for them when they were mine in the first place told me it would cost an additional 300 dollars to get my parts now I still need my car fix and he finally admitted he couldn't fix it. I am out of 2300 dollars and have a car that I can't run the air, it vibrate and shakes while driving, there are no bolts holding certain parts together because they didn't put them back on car. When according to them all I needed was a catalytic converter in the first place. They should have informed me what was wrong with my car the muffler shop would have only charged me 1087 to fix the catalytic converter. I should have had the choice before they took it apart without contacting me. For two weeks and they kept saying they tried to call when I left my number every day, every time I call or came by and when I dropped it off. I would never recommend anyone going to them this is the cartown Goodyear on Louisville Ave in Monroe Louisiana

Had a tire low pressure light come on. Pulled in to have it seen about. Said would get it checked. 3 hrs later still setting here. Should have told me I was going to have to spend the night!!!! Miss communication. Had a damaged tire that had to be replaced. Waiting on company to authorize a new tire. Should have been told.

If your vehicle has tire issues or anything to do with the suspension system, these guys will do a good job in my opinion hence the two stars. In contrary, if you have any engine issues I'd save yourself some trouble and take it to a certified mechanic.The office people are essentially clueless when it comes to the actual work being done, so I'm not going to say it's the mechanics being incompetent. I brought my truck to these guys in good hopes they'd fix my truck, but the past two times I've had it serviced at this location, I've had to take it back to my mechanic shop to repair what should have been done in the first place. Also the prices are way jacked up and outrageous! Sorry guys but I'll never let y'all touch mine or my wife's vehicles again. If your techs can't fix something let your customers know.

Got my tires balanced not too long ago with them. Originally the issue was corrected. I went to Chevrolet for an oil change a week ago, and they asked me who balanced the tires because the weights were placed unusual from how they would normally place weights back on tires. I did notice this when I seen the weights on the tire myself, because I’ve never seen my weights since I’ve bought the suv. They also asked if the steering wheel was still vibrating. Now at that time when asked I did inform them I could feel a tiny vibration and I kind of found that odd, but it wasn’t heavy. This past weekend sure enough at high rates of speed the steering wheel is back shaking. Now, I have to go to Chevrolet for them to redo it. Paying for the same service twice in less than a month and a half. I called this morning regarding a refund, the guy over the phone stated they’ll be happy to do it again, but if something is not done correct the first time I prefer for you guys not to do it a second time. I want my money back.

In town visiting for the weekend and the trunk of my car wouldn't stay closed. There's no way I was driving with a bungee cord tying it down for a 4 hour trip. Did a Google search for auto electrical repair and found Car Town. Called and talked to Lee. He said come by and let's take a look. So glad they were available and took care of it in less than an hour. I was back on the road and headed to the football game. Weekend saved, team won..thanks Car Town.

This place damaged my vehicle on two separate visits. Guess I’m the fool for going back. My new tire shop just found a valve cap inside the tire. Insignificant, but shows the kind of sloppy work they do there.

I’m very disappointed with my experience. I brought my car in for what was supposed to be a simple oil leak. That turned into needing new heads, and then eventually a full engine replacement. I understand that things can escalate during repair work, but what made the situation so frustrating was the constant lack of communication. I was given multiple completion dates over the course of several weeks, and each one came and went with no updates. Not once did anyone reach out to let me know things had changed—I had to call every single time to find out what was going on. On top of that, a pair of Force’s went missing from my backseat while the car was at the shop. The repairs were all under the hood, so there was no reason for anyone to be in the back of my vehicle. I called multiple times over several days and was told someone would get back to me—but no one ever did. I called again myself, only to be told they had no idea about them. I’m waffle-ing between one and two starts because although the repair was eventually completed and the car is now running, the poor communication, repeated missed timelines, and total lack of accountability for my missing property made this a stressful, disappointing experience I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through.

Got my truck from Cartown less than a year ago saved money for years to buy a truck cash , after spending almost 30k the truck lasted about 10k miles before it started messing up pretty bad and making really bad engine noises ( truck has been extremely well taken care of ), brought it to there shop dropped it off for a week they said my truck has nothing wrong with it and it’s not doing anything,My truck normally gets about 20 mpg and when I picked it up it was only getting 6 so they was driving the crap out of my vehicle for a week straight now my truck is doing worse that was it was when I dropped it off so now without of vehicle after spending all that money with them only a year later ( the next day after I posted this my transmission went out which was not even what I brought the truck up there for )

Yessss I've came in over many and several times to get my vehicle fixed and I've had no problem so far with them. They have done what have supposed to be done with my vehicle, I'm looking at some of these reviews comments and statements, but just know if ur vehicle needs something that u didn't know and if it's old and need to be fixed I'm sure they will get it done. But one thing about the then there they will check ✅ whatever it be and they will tell u before they start doing any kinda work on it, So im ok as of now bringing my vehicle in to them to get it fixed until I see different. My go to place for everything, great workers, great experience. There was even a time where they made a small mistake and instead of shoving it under the rug and acting like they didn’t do it they took the integrity and fixed it for free. Cant ask for more than that. They also did all my modifications for a good price. Salute to these guys 🫡👏🏽
