My son took my vehicle the this shop for a check engine light code. 1 code. the shop did work on the vehicle that was not related to the code 414 dollars later i stll have the same code .Also they did not call us to approve the work that they had completed. We made a apt at dealership to fix problem.We will never use this company ever again

Had it towed on Christmas Eve. They were closed until Tuesday when my husband called them and told them what was wrong with it. They checked all wiring Tuesday, Wednesday,Thursday and called Friday afternoon. Said it was a starter. They put a new starter on Friday and we picked it up that afternoon at closing. Went to doctor this morning, Tuesday, and worked great. Stopped by grocery store that afternoon and same problem, it won't start!!!!! Will be calling tomorrow morning Never had problems with their work before

Very Genuine and Good person. I bought a new car and it ran out of Gas and i wasnt aware because my gas indicator was broke, then i get towed my vehicle and got it to their workshop and they looked over the car and helped me to findout the issue and they didnt charge me anything. If it would have been other guys they would have taken a hell lot of money. But they are really Genuine and very Good Guys, keep up the good work Guys.

If there was a way to give a negative review they would have gotten that instead of a one star. These people are horrible people and do not fix what the problem is with your vehicle. They claim to fix the problem and charge and arm and a leg but when you go back and confront them they try and use their family to bully you to not say anything. I would suggest not doing business with these people if you would like your car fixed properly.

For as long as I have known about Mr. Terry Slade and his crew, I have expected excellence because that is the standard that THEY set. My family trusts Auto Pro first.
