They want 60 dollars just to come out to you a g.p.s.fee also 6 dollars cost more for them to come look at your car then it does to fix your car most of the time.

I was very disappointed in the service. Mr. Dennis Williams showed up in a little gray Hyundai car.. I'm think when I requested the service quote to change and fix a tire...I was given a quote of $75.00. I'm assuming "a professional Mobile truck will show up with proper equipment to fix and change my tires. Dennis was unable to do anything which I should have known when he pulled up. He insisted I pay him the full $75.00 which I did...I'm posting this review so others will NOT make the same mistake thinking that this is a professional business.

Had Mobile Automotive Tech (Dennis Williams) go over to a Car dealership for an inspection to a van I was thinking about buying. This was from a distance so I really depended on him for an honest assessment. I received the inspection report and even the section for sunroof was checked. The section about the condition of the engine underneath was all checked positive. I bought the van and after about 30 miles of use I had a chance to inspect the engine underneath. What I saw was a oil soaked oil pan. Whatever he did during the inspection was not looking under the van. I called with no answer. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL NOT GET A HONEST JOB DONE.

The best damn mechanic you can call 24 hours a day to diagnose and repair your vehicle. If he cannot repair your vehicle he won't waste your time or money. He will refer you to someone else who will fix your vehicle for you. But from my years of experience from dealing with him he has been the only one to service my vehicle. He provides you with very detailed invoices and receipts for your repairs. Lets not forget this is a certified mechanic that I'm talking about. If you need someone to help you find a dependable vehicle he is your go to GUY. Nothing is free in life so expect a minimum fee just for him coming. 24/7 he pulls up to wherever your disable vehicle is located. If you need a dependable technician you in the right spot!!

All I needed was help getting grease in my trailer wheel bearings and he said “yah we can do that, we will have to get it at the shop. Let me see what tech I have available and call you back” can you guess who never called me back? Yep these guys. Had to sleep in paying lot until Lowes opened to buy a grease gun and just do it myself. So much for trying to support and local business when they don’t even call back or act like they want your business.

I called Friday 11/15 because I was in town for an Expo and my truck broke down on me in West Monroe . I told them I felt like it was my rear hub bearing and wanted to see if they could change it the next morning and they agreed to come look at it and they were ver professional. They showed up on time the following morning and the service man called me back out to let me know that it wasn’t my hub bearing and that I needed my entire rear end rebuilt . He put my tire back on and asked me what I was told that the service fee would be and I told them they said $125 and he told me to just give him $100 . So since I’m under the impression that my rear end needs to be rebuilt I call and have it towed 2 hours back to my home which cost me another $400 . Today I get my mechanic out to access the issue and guess what ???? It’s my hub bearing that’s out and my rear end is fine so I had it towed unnecessarily and out an additional $500 from a misdiagnosis …. Sounds like someone wanted to just come by and pick up a service fee to me
