The worst and most dishonest service I have ever used. I chose to go there because I figured they would be honest and do a good job. I was COMPLETELY WRONG ! I called ahead of my appointment and got everything set up. They said they had everything needed for my oil change. I talked to the actual oil change guy about what I needed and he said that they will get it done. I go inside and sit down for 5 minutes. A man walks in and tells me that they don’t have the (5w 30) oil for my truck but they have a different kind that is basically the same thing. I told him that I did not want any other oil in my truck than what the truck actually calls for. I told the guy that I would like to take my truck somewhere else. He went outside and said he would get the truck ready to leave. He comes back in 3 minutes later and says that they found the oil sitting in the corner. I asked to see the bottle. He leaves again He comes back in to tell me that they have dumped the oil in my truck before they knew that they didn’t have what we originally agreed on. They had to go to autozone and get the oil that I asked for. They put the right oil in my truck and proceed to charge me $84 for an oil change that I can get $20 cheaper at another place. (Again, I went there because I thought they were professional ) Dishonesty is how you lose customers. They have lost me for life. I will never go back. I hope you read this and decide for yourself where you want to go

My truck was serviced quickly. The biggest disappointment was when my truck was brought back around there were oily handprints on the hood, on the external of my door, internal of my door, on the steering wheel and on my dash. I was asked if I wanted a paper towel when I brought it to their attention. I cleaned it myself. There is better service in town.

They were quick to get me fixed up. They offer a complimentary car wash with every oil change. Unfortunately they do not offer tire rotation but that's my only issue with the place. They do offer a 10% off for first responder and it's great that they help us that help the community.

Poor job! Seats were not wiped down. Bugs still on front bumper. Back hatch not vacuumed (even though I paid the higher price so it would be) Paper, empty coke can left in car! Back hatch around license plate was not clean! Very poor job! I will not go back and would not recommend. Pictures upon request.

I brought vehicle to get an oil change. The technician cut the air shield due to he couldn't get it off and didn't tell anyone. The vehicle started rattling real bad when driving above 60. Took to Ford dealership as vehicle only has 13000 miles now. The Ford technician sent a picture of the air shield where a large area was cut out and screws missing. I only have had the oil changed twice and it was at Rocketlube. Called and talked to the lady working there advised her. She spoke to the manager and he denied they did this and refused to speak to me. I have the oil change receipts as this is a fleet vehicle and will recommend to our 40 plus drivers to not use this place again.

Absolutely worthless! I paid for the most expensive Carwash with upgrades and they didn’t clean the bugs on the windshield or headlamps. Palm prints on the inside windshield. Asked them to clean what they missed and still didn’t clean it right. I asked for the rag and cleanser spray then cleaned the bugs on my own. Will not be using them again. Stay away!

My wife just had her car washed at this establishment and it was a big waste of $34.00. They did not clean rims, center console or the dash. They left the floor mats wet, but offered her a towel if she wanted to dry them herself, and didn’t vacuum the rear cargo section of her SUV. Even the windshield was still dirty after the wash. She went inside to see exactly what she paid for and the lady clerk said they didn’t do all those things listed above and that they didn’t have anything else to discuss and walked off. I have noticed less cars getting washes there and now I know why. Guess there will be a new empty building for sale on US165 before long. So long Rocket Lube.

Had car washed and vacuumed today. Prices have increased twice since years ago. Dirty feet prints on driver side. Smears marks on doors inside. Don't clean rims. Don't expect much. C to a D grade. Best I can give.

My good charger was taken and the cord I called that evening of the day that my oil was changed. January 16, 2025. The lady told me she would look at the tape she didn’t. I tried calling back a few times and I finally got a hold of them today. I have never found my cord and it was a good material cord. About 6 foot. The charger was a white Charger. Had two USB ports that you put in the cigarette lighter. I also did not have my windshield washer, water or fluid field all I want is what I pay for without being robbed. She still does not act concerned the office manager. I never got to talk to a manager, and I hate it because I’ve been going to them for years. They have just lost a customer.

I can’t believe the way these people just treated my mom and my dad! These people changed my mom’s oil the other day and never showed her the dip stick afterwards so she thought about it and checked and it was way overfull! She has been driving her car around for 20 days with no idea. This is not right. So we went there today trying to tell them it’s overfull and if they would please just drain some out. My mom didn’t asked them for anything else that was it. The man with blonde hair said he didn’t overfill that if it’s overfull she did it herself!!! I couldn’t believe what I was hearing! He said the jugs he filled the oil up with were 6 liter jugs and it was full. Well our car only holds 4.8 liters!! So that means he had just proved we were right but he just wouldn’t listen to my mom. He said that she couldn’t prove that he overfilled and that was that. My mom had to leave in her car that she loves worried that it would damage the engine!! Why couldn’t this man just drain a little oil for her! I don’t understand! Please if you go here make sure they show you the dip stick before you leave because going through this sucks!

I’m writing this with a heavy heart because I had a terrible experience at this establishment today. I went there for an oil change, but it turned out to be a nightmare. To make matters worse, we’ve been having rainy weather all week, and when I asked about a car wash, the technician told me I could get one and get a rain check for 14 days. I decided to upgrade the car wash to $28. Fast forward to the day I was ready to pay for my service. The manager, who looked like an orange lady, started getting unprofessional with me when I asked about the rain check. She was condescending and threw her title around, refusing to let me speak to the technician. I had to demand that I speak to the technician before I paid because I was giving falsified information to gain my money. The orange lady went outside and stayed gone for four minutes, probably coaching up the technician when he came inside to speak with me. Once the technician came inside, he immediately began repeating what the manager said. I was thankful that I had other people with me who could repeat what the technician told us while we were pulling up for service. The orange lady started being condescending again, saying I was illiterate or couldn’t read. She said no one else was here and that she was the manager. When I asked to speak with someone above her or to get someone else to handle my transaction so that I could leave the premises, she began to elevate her voice. I explained to her that I’m a young black male working on my third degree, so I understand English and speak another language. Another white lady then chimed in and said, “What’s wrong with these people?” I asked, “Who are these people? Are you speaking of the paying customer? Because I’ll be these people, but my money spends just the same.” I don’t recommend anyone spending their money here. The manager needs to be replaced, as per the other complaints on this platform. She is the issue, and she should be humble and act within her tax bracket. I’ve never experienced bad customer service at Ryan Cheverlet, but when you try to help a local establishment, you get treated this way. It’s not acceptable to take your frustrations out on others because you don’t want to be at work. She still didn’t provide me with a contact person and demanded that I leave the building. Don’t go here; there are still bugs and dirt on my car. I have NEVER experience rude customer service in Monroe but the lady needs more training or has gotten comfortable in her position. $100.00 to be treated with disrespect

Do not go to Rocket Lube for a car wash. The service and the staff are lousy. They do not care about the nasty job they do, they only care about the high prices you pay to get a car wash. When I brought this to their attention, they did nothing. They acted like I did not exist and walk away from me and went and sit down. One of the employees had a Dodge vehicle and they walked away from doing nothing on my vehicle (that I paid for), and started cleaning the vehicle for the employee. They do not show concern for the customer, only concern is for the employee with a vehicle. The dirt that I had on my car when I drove in is still on the car and I paid for inside and outside but absolutely nothing was touched inside. They will not see me again. A business that need to close down!

on Thursday 11/6/2025 I took my car to get the oil changed, the technican comes back out 10 mins later saying they couldnt change my oil because the plug was stripped. I said ok and left , on my way home I heard a loud noise coming from under my car and the plastic shield under my car was hanging and bent under my tire. the technichan took out all the bolts and didnt put them back on causing it to tear off driving down the road.... (i just had body work done and everything under there was brand new ) then when i got home all the oil leaked out my car by the next morning.....So needless to say I will NEVER bring my car back to Rocket Lube again!

My wife took her car in for an oil change today and wasn’t aware that she had to specify what kind of oil she wanted so they took it upon themselves to put synthetic oil in our car, which was about $30-$40 more for the oil change, I called the rude lady that’s supposedly is the manager who has no communication skills only for her to tell me That my wife should have specified what kind of oil she wanted. We went back-and-forth and finally ended the phone call on a bad note only for her to call me back a few minutes later to basically tell me that she was right and I was wrong again avoid this place at all cost because she is snotty and condescending.

I went on 8/20/25 to get an oil change everything went pretty smoothly. But I started noticing oil in my carport. I assumed (as most people would) that I had an oil leak. So I take it back on 8/25/25. I was treated so rudely by the lady that takes your money and by some technician ( older man with glasses) was even ruder. The only person who wasn't rude was Turner. He explained that whoever did the under work didn't wipe something off, I didn't have a leak. What happened to polite customer service. I will never return.

If I could give zero stars, sadly I would. I’ve had my car cleaned here many times and it’s been hit or Miss but never as bad as it was today. I paid for the highest car wash. They gave me my keys and the inside had clearly been water hosed down and not touched otherwise. They took it back and cleaned it again and it’s still terrible. I waited well over an hour and 15 minutes with two young children for my car to still have to be cleaned after I leave. Another fun fact is that I walked out to get quarters out of my car a few minutes after I dropped it off so we could get my toddler something from the vending machine and the guy vacuuming my car said he had vacuumed up all of the quarters from my door? Everything in my center console has been overturned too. I will go somewhere else permanently. Pictures are from after BOTH washes when I was taking my car from the lot.

$28 for a wash. Windshield, inside and out. Interior was still dirty. Dash wasn’t wiped clean. Spill by the cup holder still there. Tires were sprayed, but the wheels weren’t touched. If I knew I was going to have to clean it when I got home. I would have just washed it myself.

DONT GO HERE!! they changed my oil in my 2018 Santa fey and not even a month later the light started flashing. It only had half qt in it and I had to put four more in to fill it up. I was so worried I had a leak I couldn’t see or it was burning oil that I couldn’t smell burning. Had it looked at and nothings wrong with it. They just lied and didn’t put enough oil in it. I could have seriously messed my engine up if I didn’t stop and check the dip stick.
