Took my truck in at 10am for some windows that would not roll down. Did not call to tell me what was wrong. I called around 3pm for an update. He says it's ready. I show up and the bill is nearly 500 dollars for labor and a total of 777 dollars. Shady shady. Don't go.

Most dissatisfied car repair service service I have ever received. Mr Nettles never called me to say what was wrong with my vehicle. He kept it a day then called and said it was ready and I owed $494. He had sales slip for a $111.part . My car ran for a day and a half. I called Mr. Nettles this morning and he pretended not to even remember me. Then asked if I needed to bring it in again I guess he thought he could scam me out of another $500. He added you can drop it off only if you can do without it for awhile because we are so backed up. Please Please don't use this shop

Called to ask if he worked on VW, yes he does. Had my car towed to his shop and before we even got it off the truck he knew the problem. Saved me the hassle and money of having it taken apart just to have an answer. Went to look for a car that same day. Took the test driven car to him he approved, told me if I ever needed him to come see him again. Such a wonderful, kind, and knowledgeable man. I highly recommended.
