Horrible, had two recalls on 2024 silverado 2500. Waited 2 1/2 weeks for an appointment, on appointment day left truck and had to get a ride. 5 hours later they called to say they were running behind; called back at 4:30 pm was told they were finishing up the software update now and was told they do not have the part to fix tailgate and i will have to come back, told him ( service manager) i was coming to pick up my truck, and did, in no way should i have had to wait 2 1/2 weeks , make appointment to get part fixed, get ride there and back, wait all day only to be told we don’t have part. Incompetence . Few days later, took truck to farmerville, they ordered part first, then made appointment, also asked them to check if software update had been done, it had not. They completed both recalls in three hours.

Brought truck in to have recall corrected on heated seats in August. Service didn't have all parts and had to come back. Service claimed they were fixed but when I tried to use them they wouldn't work. When I took it back, I was told there was two modules that needed to be replaced at a cost of 1,400.00. If part for seats were available before the 36,000 mile warranty expired they would have been covered. I AM Very disappointed with Ryan Service department. No concern for the customer and I will never recommend Ryan nor will I ever come back.

I ordered the tow package yesterday with Reggie Brown and explained delivery and installation. Today I received a call from Reggie that the part came in, I arrived around 12:35 and the job was complete by 2:00. The job was very clean, neat (where the bumper gets cut) and very fast

My mom was in town when her 2025 Chevy Trax started spewing oil. We took it to Ryan because it was leaking so much that there was no way she would be able to get home, even after I put more in. They told us they would be able to look at it in about a week, even as it lost a solid quart of oil on their lot in the few minutes we were sitting there. I tried to explain the situation, and the woman I was speaking with went to "talk to someone." When she returned, she once again told us that it would be a week before they could even look at it. I don't know how they are for sales but hope you don't need service after you buy.

My disappointment with the service experience at Ryan Chevrolet regarding my vehicle dropped off on December 8, 2025 goes beyond bad service. After numerous calls and visits by both myself and my wife, we were repeatedly told that the mechanic racks were full and that my vehicle had not yet been pulled into a bay. In January, I was informed that there is only one mechanic who works on Corvettes and that he still had not had an opportunity to get to my vehicle. From December 8 until today, my vehicle was never serviced, diagnosed, or pulled into a bay. Based on the information provided to us, no work was performed during the entire time the vehicle remained at your facility. Due to the ongoing delays and lack of communication, I arranged for a wrecker to retrieve my vehicle today. At that time, I was informed of a $240 charge. I am requesting a clear explanation of what this charge represents, as no service or diagnostic work was completed. Communication throughout this process was consistently poor and required repeated follow-ups on our part, with little to no proactive updates from your team. This experience fell well below reasonable expectations and has been extremely disappointing. I deliberately chose not to post publicly about this experience and instead wanted to give Ryan Chevrolet the opportunity to make this right. Unfortunately, this fee only adds to an already frustrating situation.

Purchased a hard folding top for my 2025 Silverado 1500 truck including labor. Ryan contacted me and we made an appointment. Just what I wanted. Found a similar unit weighing aprox 70 lbs shipping weight and my unit weighed aprox135 lbs which I ordered no freight. Absolutely perfect and I would recommend. Item was installed by dealer in about 25 minutes with his expertise for very little included in price.😀😀
