I called to check if a part was in stock around 4pm on a Saturday. I was told “can you just come up here and check, im kinda busy right now” i told him i have a part number and in 45 min away, i want to see if you have it before i make a special trip. He still insisted that he was not going to do it. Thats a bit ridiculous.

Adding to my 5-Star review from a year ago: I've been frequenting auto parts stores more than ever in the last two years, as I've finally gotten too old for the drama of choosing repairs over preventative maintenance... When I was popping in once or twice a year, I would have told you that they're all the same, but that is not the case at all. Over time I've gravitated more & more back to O'Reilly, and decided to leave a review after realizing this is now the only place I go. Compared to the other big name auto parts stores, I haven't noticed a significant difference in price—on the things I've needed, anyway. I once would have driven another block or so to save a couple dollars, but it looks like I've also gotten too old to put up with bad service at any price. So, I stop at O'Reilly without question and, if at all possible, I stop at this particular one. 👍

I went there to get a cab in air filter for my vehicle but they didn't have it in stock. Though that was a bummer. I asked the guy that looked it up if I could look around and ask a few questions about cost of some part I was thinking about replacing.As well as a few more annoying things that I really wanted info on. The guy at the counter was calm cool and very professional. I didn't get his name but I did ended up spending $70 on thing I probably shouldn't have. The guy at the counter really made me feel comfortable at that place... Thanks brother..

I experienced a malfunction with a tie rod end and subsequently placed an order for two replacements, scheduled for delivery on April 17, 2024. Upon realizing the items had not arrived, I contacted customer service, who informed me that the products had been packaged for shipment two days prior but had not yet been dispatched. Despite my request for a refund to facilitate immediate acquisition from a local retailer, I was informed that a refund could not be processed due to the items being already packaged. Furthermore, there was no option available to redirect the delivery to a nearby store. This situation highlights inefficiency in the handling of the package over a three-day period and a lack of viable solutions provided by the customer support team.

I bought a throttle body does (Not come with gasket)one man said bring back the old on after I did another said I need the box I will never make the mistake again I'm my own machanic. The store was clean the customer service was good the first time I went. Spent like $200 . P.S Now where on the box say bring back the box.
