I understand that they're not a mechanic shop but I needed assistance putting a light bulb in, just some direction and they were rude when I went back in to ask for a little bit more instruction because I couldn't get the light bulb back in the headlight assembly the man behind the counter was rude and walked off. I understand they were short-handed but there was no one in the store at that time when I went back in begging for help and I was discarded and sent on my way. Thank goodness there was a young gentleman that helped me. I will never go to them again...EVER!!!!!

I raised my hood in the parking lot and almost within seconds one of the employees came out & ask if I needed assistance. Two different employees were helping me with my fuses & looking up something else I needed. The store was a little busy but they were all very friendly & efficient never acting like they were bothered to have so much going on in different directions-which is what I usually have encountered at other auto parts stores.

Excellent Customer Service. My battery died on me last night. Called Mr. Willie at about 7:30 and explain the situation, he helped me get the right battery and get it installed quickly. So quick, that I was able to have breakfast and make it to work on time. These guys are amazing at what they do; going over and beyond to provide quality customer service. I would recommend this location to anyone. Truly gratifying after an experience I had at another location. Five Thumbs up gentlemen.

This place and their employees have been great in my time of need post hurricanes. With their help, I have been able to keep my generator running so we could be reasonably comfortable and not lose 2 freezers of food! I really appreciate their expertise. Update: the counter help here is FANTASTIC!! I was really in a bind, and they gave me the best, kindest service and helped get me back rolling again. It was truly much appreciated.

I would leave a five star to shout out the people that actually helped me with my car but I am leaving two specifically for the worker, Chris and Store Manager. I came up here to get my car looked at because I thought my radio was going in and out from the battery change. (It wasnt from battery). I had one guy come out actually working and looking at my car, while the other guy, Chris, just came out to play around and harass me. He looked in the back seat of my car, saw my Johnny's pizza and said,"You had Johnny's for breakfast? I can tell you eat good by the way that you look/shape". Mind you I'm already annoyed cause my radio isn't working, so I'm showing no interest in this guy, and I'm giving one word responses and keeping my distance. The guy thats working on my car goes to get the tools for the battery, I follow him and Chris follows me saying, "my name is Chris, how old are you, im 25, I want to be your friend." I simply responded to him by saying I don't want my time wasted. He then takes his phone out, he is literally standing right next me to and tells me to put my number in. I never been in a situation like this as it feels my boundaries are being overstep so I gave my number, so he can get away. He taps my shoulder and says "I'll call or text you". Again overstepping my boundary, why are you touching me. Also this occurred on Jan 11th. Fast forward to today Jan 13th, we were told to visit so we can speak to the store manager. I tell the store manager and he apologize, and tells me "i personally would never gave him my number" and I simply told him thats my first time being in a situation like that. My sister Maddy was also up there with me, and she tells him "when we brought it up to the ones that was helping her they told him to stop so it must be a common occurrence". The store manager then proceeds to say "No, Chris is a good employee, he's been here for a year, and we never had that issue with him." We then ask the store manager for HR contact and he refuses by saying "Well im the store manager I'll do something about it." He apologizes again and we head out. Im bringing this review here to bring awareness in case Chris continues to work there and harass any other younger girls that don't know how to get out of situations like this one. Please don't be afraid to use your voice and report people. Don't allow others to make you uncomfortable and make others seem like it's your fault. We live and we learn and we do better. If anyone has a HR contact I still need it, thank you. Again thank you to the men that were actually doing their job.

On one occasion, I had a problem with a car and an employee at this location, Christy went above and beyond to help me determine what the problem was (it was the alternator) and she ensured I was sold the correct part to resolve the issue. I found that Christy, as well as the other staff at this store were all friendly and professional during my visit. I highly recommend visiting this store for your automotive needs!

My sister and I just left the autozone on louisville where we had the pleasure of meeting an Earth Angel by the name of Jonathan, Jonathan assisted us with what we needed in the store made appropriate suggestions that helped us get my nieces car back on the road.
