On Saturday 12/02/23 we took my daughter’s vehicle in to replace a cracked windshield. The windshield was replaced and that work was performed well. Then we noticed damage on the interior steering wheel and shifter handle as they were scratched and having a cut. We had recently purchased the vehicle and know for a fact the damage was not there. I’ve been in law enforcement for 35 yrs and my daughter is a teacher. There is no way either of us would be untruthful.My entire family has done business with Acme for many years. I went by there just to inform them and the results were as expected. What the installer said was insulting saying he had no reason to get inside the vehicle and the only thing he would have touched was the shifter to move the vehicle. He then said it appears the shifter was damaged by a ring. My daughters only ring is her wedding ring on here left hand. All this to say be very observant when taking your vehicles to get any repairs done , both before and after. Thank you!

Very nice staff. I came Saturday for a broken windshield & they got me in & out. The staff was very friendly & knowledgeable about any concerns I had. The wait time wasn’t too long & I really appreciated that. I thought it was going to be really expensive but it wasn’t. I’ll be sure to recommend this place to people!!

Acme came to my job to pick up my vehicle. They conducted a leak test, then repaired/reinstalled the windshield, and returned my vehicle by 1pm. Called Meaghan back at Acme to inform her that technician accidentally locked my key in the truck. She professionally handled the situation by sending Donald, the technician, out with a pop-a-lock kit and he efficiently worked to unlock truck. He had me up and running in 10 minutes. Thanks, Acme. I really appreciate you guys!

While my wife was traveling through Monroe her passenger side front window literally shattered into pieces. After contacting the Honda dealership in Monroe they gave me Acmes name so I called them. I didn’t have time to review it at the time but I got my driver side window replaced and my windshield and when I get the car back it has two screws in the door panel and whenever I call them to complain about it, they said you can bring it back and we’ll take the screws out That does not fix the holes they put there or whatever they did that made it need them now does it

It’s the service that is the difference in a good place that you will come back to/recommend. I recently got my windshield replaced on my vehicle from ACME Glass. They drove out to my house to pick my car up to get it done. It was cheaper than I expected. And the updated my inspection sticker. I will continue to use them for any glass needs I have. Workers have no idea of what they are doing… I left with more problems than i visited for… Broke a lot of things in my door put all type of different screws in my door plate when i had all the original ones in before they did the work i originally went in to have my window put back on track that was it… I left with lock button controlling my driver side window and locking and unlocking my vehicle at the same time since then i’ve be locked out my vehicle 3/4 times…. Customer service though was very polite and generous but they wasn't the ones doing the work and this business isn’t cheap

Acme glass has always had a good name, and they had the best prices. They treat their customers right. And if issues arrive they handle it. .... I had issues at another location. This location is getting the review because they handled it. They understood exactly where I was coming from. Things happen and people have bad days. But the management team at this location handled it very well. And after going through several rains, I can deal with the issues until a new window install is needed.

Hired them to replace a large picture window with SAFETY glass because I have young children at home. They broke the existing glass all over my living room and in the front yard. They left without cleaning it up, and we are still finding tiny pieces of glass months later. I called acme twice, and they did nothing. Terrible experience, totally unprofessional.
