Amazing people and just all around great atmosphere in there. Got to meet the VP Chris today as well! He is an awesome guy I like how down to earth this store is. They’ll work with you on payments as much as they can as well! Good selection of tires and rims in store and they even have a catalog for other options they can order too. The store manager Jok in Monroe is chill as can be too. I’m not sure if I spelled his name right sorry but thanks guys so much for working with us. We’re definitely going to continue doing business with you guys on all our vehicles!

you can help by training employees not to be so rude an disrespectful an judgey yall have such a rude team. I understand that the rule is that the costumers always right but. I have delt with costumer service before been on the other side of this i know thats not true but in this case. it is true but I do know that customer service should be polite an not rude. A person can only be so civil until they have had enough of the rudness an get mad about it

Jok, Shay, and the RAW techs are awesome! They all were very friendly and knowledgeable and provided me with all of the options so that I could make the best decision for my budget. I had a tire emergency late on Friday and needed to go out of town Saturday morning. I called Friday night, and Shay found what I needed and had me to come first thing in the morning. My issue turned out to be even more complicated than expected, and they were very helpful in educating me on every aspect. They fixed my problem in a very timely manner, and after listening to my concerns about other related issues, they offered even more helpful solutions. I was not in the market for shopping for a set of tires or rims at the time of my emergency, but the service was so great that now I will make it my business to return soon for a set of tires and rims.

Edit!!! At first-Ms. Dee was absolutely awesome to work with. From the get go, she went out of her way to find me exactly what I wanted, and then bent over backwards to make sure I was happy with the price. Easiest person I've ever dealt with as far as wheels and tires go. About the only complaint I have, is I hate that I paid $200 for TPMS sensors, and didn't realize until I was home 2 hours away, that they weren't working with my truck. RAW assured me by phone that they had been activated, so I said I'd take care of it myself. I just can't see me making another 4 hour round trip and loosing a whole day over them. And now it's almost a year later, andi can tell you these people are theives. After Ms Dee impressed me so much with her awesome customer service, it is apparent why now. A crook goes out of their way to make sure you're comfortable enough to let them rob you. I leased my original set of tires. After a month I went back and traded the old used tires for a new set of tires that were actually better quality and cheaper. I payed cash for these new ones. Almost 2 months later, my checking account gets debited for 287$. Nobody can explain to me why they took it and the so called district manager, he's no better. After several months of being given the run around, they finally just stopped answering the phone all together. What they dont know is that I still know where the store is and 287$ is a lot to some people. Criminals. Update- Its been 11 months since I was robbed by these people. Not so much as an acknowledgement. Tried a charge back, but due to the lack of properly closing out the original lease agreement, it was denied. Filed a complaint with the BBB, no reply from the company. If the actions of this particular store and district manager is a reflection of the company they represent, they need to close the doors and face charges. Horrible.

This business is on top of their sales game . I immediately received a response via text from my online quote. The online quote was quick and simple to navigate. The staff very are very nice. Overall every punctual and enjoyable experience. However , i prefer stock sizing ( most probably dont) so my size wheel had only 3 in store to view. Install went great and I recommend this business.
