Very slow customer service, I went here to get a slow leak tire replace, they made me wait a whole hour just to put the same tire with air back on my car! I found out the next day when the slow leak occurred again!

Service was very slow and put tire on our vehicle with very little air in it. Person almost put wrong tire on the other vehicle in the shop. Owner happened to come back and told him "no it goes on the other vehicle." Only had one break down system in shop. Totally inexperienced people installing the tires in regards to tire installation.

My husband and I were very pleased with quality and the service we received. We were able to get a desperately needed complete set of basically brand new tires at WAY LESS THAN A FRACTION OF THE COST AT ANY OTHER TIRE DISTRIBUTOR IN THE TWIN CITIES....of the few that even had my size in stock. They were so customer friendly, which was a pleasant change from the norm of our virtually non-existant "new-age," customer service. They worked with us to make sure we got the best deal and quality on top of that! Thank you for caring beyond the mighty dollar bill! Let's face it, the "good ole boys" days are no longer. Man, these guys helped me out of a huge jam a couple Saturdays ago right at closing time. I had recently had four new tires put on my truck earlier in the day and had a 2 hour drive ahead of me when it was noticed that the valve stem was leaking on my front driver side tire. I also had to be at work the next day at 6:00 AM. They changed out the sensor and valve stem and I headed off. I then noticed another sensor indicated I was losing air in my front passenger tire. I immediately turned around and drove back down Desiard. Nasser changed the valve stem and sensor, ( by now the shop was officially closed) and helped check for any other leaks. Excellent people. 60,000 miles from now, if I’m in town, I’ll buy new tires and see if these guys can do me the honor of putting them on. Can’t say enough good things about Liberty Tires. You’d definitely be making a good decision to check with them with anything related to your tires.

I came here to get the wheel bearing replaced on my rear passenger tire. First they tried to tell me it was the back brakes. Then they realized they were wrong and I was right. I waited over 2 and an half hours for them to repair it. During that time, they serviced other cars as they pulled up. And when there were no other customers one guy sat in a truck while another sat at a desk in the store. Not sure where the third guy disappeared to, and I think he was the boss. When I asked them how much longer, they looked at me like deer in headlights not certain what to tell me. It's a joke here. If I could leave negative stars I would.
