We had the steer box start leaking oil. They took the truck right in and confirmed what we needed to replace the part. Parts were on back order. They found an after market. The supplier dropped the ball. So we called our mechanic and he found one. We had it shipped to Volvo in Monroe. It arrived the next morning. They made the repair, starting just before lunch and we’re finished in good time that afternoon. These folks bent over backwards to get us back on the road. If your near Monroe Louisiana and need a service or a repair please stop and see these very fine folks. The service department is outstanding. Shop is small at this time but they are building a new shop out along I20. The shop and floors are super clean! Shop Forman is a super nice knowledgeable gentleman.

I do not recommend doing business with this shop! The staff is Friendly but the work I received was less than satisfactory! I went in to have an A/C compressor replaced the mechanic said I also needed to replace the air dryer which I was fine with. I asked of we needed to replace the expansion valve as well and he said he didn't think we needed too. I said just please make sure it's working properly when it's done here said no problem. I got the truck back a few hours later and all seemed fine bill was $905. I got up the next morning and the A/C was blowing warm air. I called them and explained they said to bring it back. I brought the truck in they pulled it in and the new mechanic informed me the Schrader valve was leaking on the high side they replaced both Schrader valves and the cabin air filter charged almost $300 and I was off again! At 8 p.m. this same night the A/C quit again. I missed a $6100 load to California that I had to cancel and a little over $1200 later my A/C still doesn't work. I spoke to the service manager the next day who proceeded to make useless excuses so no I do not recommend this particular shop!

This is hands down the best Volvo Semi Truck Dealer you can ask for! Clint the service manager was extremely helpful. He did not rest until he know exactly what had to be done on the truck. This dealer is very honest they did not guess what the problems were but actually made sure they knew what they were fixing & did you t correctly. Although I spend quite a bit of money with this dealer it was worth every penny. You don’t find dealers like this. My company is based in PA but if anything in the future needs dealer attention I will surely be sending it down to Bruckners In Monroe LA. Be sure to stop in and ask for Clint with any service questions or questions issues. He will make sure your back on the road quickly. I have been dealing with shop for many years and the service manager Mitch is truly very knowledgeable. The mechanics he has working for him are also very knowledgeable guys and have always fixed any problems that I have had. This shop has also gotten me in and out when they told me they would . I have nothing but good things to say about them and if it’s at all possible I try too get all my work done at this shop.

Everything happens for a reason & we ended up broke down here for just that! Never have we experienced a shop like this! We bought our first truck and ended up having some issues and boy oh boy has the staff here gone out of their way to accommodate us and get us running again. Karl the manager is one of the nicest and most humble people we have ever met. He treated us like family & hearing his stories gave us hope & faith to follow our business dreams! The staff here is amazing. From Brittany at the front counter being so kind and patient to the mechanics who are beyond a blessing to us. They have helped us out in ways unimaginable and we can not wait to come back here and have our future maintenance repairs all completed here and repay them / thank them again for all their hard work and help. This place is a joke. Every time I call down there to see if they have a part I am unable to get anyone on the phone. If I had to depend on this place for parts I would definitely buy a different brand of truck.

I had recently had a light repaired and it was failing again. My company called them while I was in route. When I arrived they met me before I could enter the building. As I went inside for the requisite paperwork, the repairman started looking into the problem. Before we could get checked in, he came inside and said he’d fixed it. It was such a pleasant experience. The staff is very cordial and caring. I recommend their service.

Monroe Bruckners Customer Service Excellence begins with Receptionist Shelia smiling through the phone lines. Service Writer Amanda gets equipment in fast. Service Manager Clint takes a Friendly No-Nonsense approach to every repair saving my company downtime and money. Knowledgeable Technicians in the shop priceless. I'm a company driver for out of Florida. I was there yesterday to get a software update on my Mack truck. Everyone at the front desk was very friendly and helpful and even offered coffee. But, the tech that worked on my truck after he finished doing the update on the truck forgot to reconnect the power to my gateway which controls and powers my electronic log book(Samsara). I stoped there because I like my truck to run smoothly with minimal downtime and because I like to get it done asap. My experience here turned in to a fiasco just because of 1 person. Not stopping here any more. At least not this location.

I manage over 16 trucks and 17 trailers. All of our trucks are Mack's so we do a great deal of business with bruckners. Any time I need something big or small they jump right on it. Clint has been my number one guy there. I also appreciate mitch and Jimmy for always helping out when Clint is busy. I highly recommend them for all your truck needs.
