They were to busy for my business. I had to choose another body shop to do my estimate. However the lady I talked to was nice and apologetic.

I cannot say enough about Mitchell’s Body Shop. I was rear ended one weekend and they made the repair process so easy and did an amazing job! They made sure it was like new before they finished. I had another incident a few weeks later & went immediately to them. Again, AMAZING!!! I would highly recommend them! Everyone one you come in contact with at Mitchell’s bend over backwards for you. I very much appreciate them and their work!!!

Mitchell's did an excellent job on my mother's SUV. The employee's went out of their way to treat my mother with kindness and respect. She is a widow and has a hard time finding honest service providers. I believe Mitchell's Body Shop is a rare find in today's society. Thank you gentlemen for the patients and excellent work you have provided my mother. I highly recommend this company.

I had the WORST experience ever here. I had been trying to get my bumper replaced for over 3 weeks. They never called me about updates, I had to call them. I had to drive up there about 4 or 5 times just for them to get the correct paint color. They made up excuse after excuse as to why it was taking so long for them to replace a bumper. Then next thing you know the painter so calls quit! I ended up having to buy my bumper from them (after all of the different prices that were brought up and waiting 3 weeks)Then the lady BETH told me the cover over the tire would be replaced also but when I asked about it the day I picked the bumper up , it all of a sudden didn’t come with the covers! Well what is the point of HALF REPLACING a bumper ?? I ended up taking it to Parker’s Collision. They were very helpful, understanding,FAST, and most importantly PROFESSIONAL!

A limb fell thru my windshield in November. Got with my insurance, they gotta wrecker out to tow it. I went with their suggestion on shops as I've only lived here briefly and didn't really know where to go. I got it back a couple days ago and was impressed with their work. They outsourced the windshield but repaired the parts of the body that were damaged. They detailed my car and even replaced a blinker bulb that was out free of charge. Bulbs are cheap and they could have charged me but it was cool they didn't. I'd go back but hopefully I won't ever have to lol

Keep 2 bumpers of mine for 2 weeks never painted them...and claimed their painter quit and took the information with him...she put my information down on a sticky note and never gave me a price....really unprofessional place.

Worst experience ever!!!!! I’ve been there several times and this time I was paying cash and was quoted a price of $1569 and after they checked it out the lady called me saying that this is what it was going to cost to fix it so I tell her to go ahead and fix it. When they called me to pick it up they said it was $2400. So I asked them why wasn’t I notified of the price increase and let me make the decision if I wanted them to fix it or not. The lady lied and said she called me. They were very rude. I asked him where was the other guy that used to work there because he would never do this because he was a honest man he proceeded to tell me he got fired for embezzlement. I went ahead and paid for it but I will never take another vehicle to them again. I go outside to check the car and it had paint bubbles all in the front but he lied and said he didn’t paint that part but you could clearly see it was fresh paint. An awful experience. The lady and guy there now lied to the last. Be careful if you decide to take your car there!!!!!! Below is the damage to my vehicle

I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. I was forced to give it 1 star, but if google offered a “zero star” rating that’s what Mitchell’s deserves. I don’t normally publicly complain about a business, especially a local business, very often but the ordeal we went through getting my wife’s truck fixed after she hit a deer needs to serve as a warning for anyone considering using Mitchell’s Body & Frame Shop for body work. If you have already used them, I would highly suggest you get someone qualified to look at the work that was done. My wife hit a deer in her 4Runner on August 31. While still at the crash site, my mother in law looked up which shops around here were Allstate preferred shops. We chose Mitchell’s Frame & Body Shop for two reasons: 1. They were the only shop that came up as an Allstate preferred shop in the area. 2. I knew they had been in business for decades (if they didn’t do good work they wouldn’t have been in business for so long, right?). To make a looooong story short, Mitchell’s did NOT repair this vehicle. The “work” they did was shoddy and they should be embarrassed to call themselves a legitimate business. After we picked the vehicle up, I had to call Allstate and ask to take it to another shop so they could fix what Mitchell’s screwed up. Long story short, it was discovered that Mitchell’s didn’t use OEM parts, charged Allstate for parts they didn’t even use (fraud), bent parts to make them fit, didn’t even put all the bolts back in, and just did incredibly shoddy work, amongst other things. We got the truck back two days ago and the work the second shop did is great. We couldn’t be more pleased. The worst part about the whole ordeal isn’t the fact that my wife was without vehicle for several weeks (we turned the rental car in the day we picked her truck up from Mitchell’s), nor having to go to the trouble of filing a complaint with Allstate and getting a different shop to agree to go behind another shops work (apparently, this is not something most shops want to involve themselves in), but the fact that Mitchell’s sent my wife off at 34 weeks pregnant in a vehicle that was unsafe. That they MADE unsafe. That is unacceptable. Upon checking with insurance, Mitchell’s also charged insurance for parts that were not used in fixing the vehicle. I do believe that’s called insurance fraud… I haven’t even got started on the smart-aleck attitude of Mitchell’s office manager (who says she’s either the wife or girlfriend of the owner). She has nothing but a bad attitude towards customers and that’s not a good quality when your job requires you to deal with the public. I do have to give a shout out to the other girl (I forgot her name) that works in the front office as she was nice and tried to help as much as she could. I recently found out that Mitchell’s was sold a few years ago so it’s not the same people that ran it for decades. The current owner is operating on the former owners reputation. That is a shame because they are running the former owners name into the ground with the product they put out. After speaking to Allstate, I have no doubt they’ll remove their name from being associated with them at this point. If you are looking for someone to do body work, save yourself the trouble and don’t use Mitchell’s Body & Frame. You could literally go to the sketchiest shop in the worst part of town and I have no doubt you’d get better service and higher quality work. All Mitchell’s had to do was repair the vehicle properly like they were paid to do. If this is the best they can do, then perhaps they should just close up shop and try their hand at a different line of work.
