Poor service. Poor customers attention. They jump your turn. They go tonwork in flip flops. Nails all over on the ground. Needs better attention and the place needs a good cleaning. Feels like if there's no one taking care of the facilities.

Extreme Tires & Wheels is wonderful service to get tires and flat tires fixed. Yesterday I was in a bind. They fixed my tire within 15 minutes. The employee's are nice and friendly. This place is very quick with tires. You will be out this place quick fast and in a hurry. This will be my tire service in monroe when I am away from home. I live in Union Parish and when I picked my mom up from work my car said I need to put some air in the rear tire on the driver's side. So I with to a great tire service in town. They aired up the tire and told me to come back it my notification on the car come back on. Next I am on my way to pick up my daughter in Monroe from ABA Therapy. The tire notification pops back on. I went to one tire service in monroe they told me they were closing and the next available tire service near by was Extreme Tires.

They seen me 1 minuet to closing. They guided me down to their shop. And they were very polite and decent priced. No one else in town would put my tire(used) on my rim with the flat. I highly recommend this tire shop. I asked them to put my tire(used) I had on my rim with the flat on it and he didnt have to my until or balance it and it was $10. I was there for 6 minuets. They didnt have an attitude with me for being there eight at closing either.

Needed rear tires. Staff is friendly. Last people that gave me a tire change didn’t torque the tires down correctly and I lost a lug-nut. I asked if they had any spare. One of the guys gave me 3 spare and the special key to the rims to replace the lug-nuts because I didn’t have one for no charge.

We didn't have great service! My son saved his money and purchased rims & tires for Christmas. They bent two rims while placing them on tires but wasn't noticed until after he brought the truck home. We went back to extreme to see if they would correct there mistake but he said there wasn't nothing he will do to make it right. We will not be going back to this hole.

Had them take 4 tire off my rims and they damagedone tire and it's worthless now. Now I don't have a set. Owner said it came in like that, theres no way I drove it an hour from Arkansas like it is!!! Their machine was ran poorly and they damaged my tire. Don't go here!!!!

They got me on the road quick when I came by for a tire. If your tight on money they have reasonable used tires for cheap till you can afford new ones. They work pretty fast and have a place to stand or sit when your waiting but in most cases you won't be waiting long at all. Would recommend if anyone needed tires or anything done like that to these people along with a couple others in the area.

My first time here for a new tire and was not pleased with them. I spoke with someone there twice before coming in and when I made it was given another price. After they remembered our conversation, I was asked to pull in for service. Time for payment, they charged what they wanted and that's the problem I had. Please don't overcharge me when I call for a total price beforehand. If a deal is given over the phone, the deal shouldn't be taken back once you arrived there. I did leave with stating that I would never come back to you all again. This is the second time you all have done this to my nieces. The first time you all did an oil change, when asked to get air in a tire. I couldn't reply back after the business reply so I replying back under my review. Please don't try to act like you did me a favor when I had to fuss to get my refund.

Even though they were closing in fifteen minutes, they were extremely accommodating and got us back on the road. As a woman traveling alone with her two teens from Texas to Florida- a tire blow out is not what you want to deal with. Sams and Walmart were so rude to me and thankfully didn’t have my tire. I quickly googled “tire shops” and stumbled upon Extreme tires. I pulled up and was instantly greeted- I hopped out nervous and just said I’ve had a crap day and need a tire :(. He asked what size I needed and I told him. He asked me to pull my car in. I was in and out in I kid you not 15-20 min max. The employees here are so genuine and helpful. I have told everyone about the customer service I received here. Thank you didn’t seem like enough to these gentleman. It was a scary situation to be in and after 4 hours of looking for a tire- Extreme Tires made my day and got me back on the road. Excellent and fair pricing and AMAZING customer service.
