If I could give 0 stars I would have. I called to see if I could get my 2017 Ram 2500 Diesel oil change, rear differential serviced and tires rotated. The man on the phone told me they don’t work on Ram Diesel trucks. He says the oil filter is too difficult and it makes a big mess all over his shop floor. I like to support local family owned businesses and thought I would help this one out. I guess they don’t need the money. Some advice to the owners, get some people trained on how to change the oil on Ram trucks. You’re going to keep losing money if you don’t.

Took my 2014 Dodge Ram 2500 in to get my oil changed and the employee’s exact words were “we won’t change your oil because it makes too big of a mess.” That is their job... TO CHANGE OIL!!!! Drove right down to Jiffy Lube and they hooked me up!! Don’t waste your time at Power Lube, drive less than a mile to Jiffy Lube where the people are super nice and happy to help no matter what vehicle you drive!!

Parked in the PLAZA parking lot nowhere near the entry of the oil change bays. Approached me and my sister in my truck and started screaming at us to leave without any idea as to what we were doing. I was waiting on a friend for not even 2 minutes and he came out swinging. Cussed us both so we left before things got anymore violent. This isn’t the first instance, my dad had this same issue with this pos. Can’t even imagine how this child of a business owner is still in business. 0/10 recommend

Pulled in front of this business for 2 minutes waiting for my brother to arrive. I wasn’t blocking anything just sitting in the parking lot. The owner came out and told me to move. I told him I was only going to be there for a couple of minutes. He would not stop telling me to leave. Then he sent out a younger man who proceeded to cuss me out. Absolutely insane. Super classy. I’m not sure how he is still in business treating potential customers and strangers this way.

These guys were excellent. Pulled in on a whim as I was driving by, was greeted immediately and quoted a way better than fair price for oil and filter change, exchanged stories about old vehicles, and was out faster than the Taco Bell drive through. When all was done I expected "the standard upcharge", but they were true to their quote. Fantastic place. Honest, fair, thorough. Will definitely return.

When I first arrived I pulled up no one came to greet me so I got out of the car and went to the door and it was locked and then I looked around no one greeted me or said anything so that rubs me the wrong way and I started to leave but I said well let me just be patient. So I sat there for about 10 minutes and waited for them to get done with the other two cars so someone came out and just started directing me and that was that. So that was the only thing that I did not like about it so a word of advice to the owners please greet your customers because your customers are coming in to help pay your bills because it's so many other oil change places and inspection businesses so appreciate that. Now I did love the fact that once it was my turn or once I finally got noticed then it was quick they changed my oil rather quickly and I love the fact that it's a female changing the oil that's cool and the price was amazing other places usually charge around 80 bucks and Firestone charges me 55 bucks but this place charged much lower so that was amazing so for that alone I will be back my next Oil Change. I do recommend Power Lube!

Went 3 separate times and there was a closed sign on the door "Out to Lunch" First it was , be back at 12:30, then it was 1:00 then 1:30 ... needless to say I didn't get my oil changed there! But I found a Much Better Place! Snooze You Lose!
