Was there 2hrs for oil change! Then they did a check on other things on my truck supposedly but their readings didn't match the actual readings on my truck!..if you're not going to actually check tire pressure and other things then don't say that you did on paper when you actually didnt

Went in today at 12:30 and left 15 minutes later. Both attendants I came in contact with were inattentive, rude and unhelpful. Only positive outcome from this experience is that I did not and will not waste any money supporting this location that is staffed with terrible customer service reps.

HORRIBLE! Brought vehicle for oil change service and 2 new tires (douglas tires bought from this walmart at same time and not online). 3 hours later they tell me they did not do a complete oil change because "oil filter was too tightly screwed on to engine." Have NEVER EVER heard any lube tech or mechanic say that about an oil filter. The car was there for 3 hours and the only service completed was 2 new tires installed. I drove my car to the walmart in west monroe right away. West monroe auto center had NO issues with oil filter. Oil change and paying took 20 mintues. Probably would have been one hour with getting 2 new tires installed. Go to Walmart Auto Center in West Monroe!

they threw away the stand pipe with check valve in the center of the filter housing causing low engine oil pressure I had to order a new one. They don't remove spline lug nuts. I had to jack the car up in the parking lot and remove the tire myself and replaced it after they installed the new tire on the wheel.

Worst place EVER!! Tell me they take their car at 6:30 & I returned at 5:55. They were done for the day. Next day same thing...basically if they say they close at 7 it's 6...if it's 6 they stop taking care at 5! And the 1st day I tried to get my oil changed, I waited 3 hrs before I HAD TO TAKE MY YOUNG SON TO EAT. This was the Monroe location.

Google and the sign says they opened at 8:00am 7 days a week. After 41 minutes and going 1st in line to 4th we were all finally informed that it would be 9:00am when they opened. I have requested a change on open hours. Someone needs to look at it an make sure all days are correct. It is inconsiderate to others time and unprofessional to have one thing and it be another. I have wasted an hour of my time waiting when I could have readjusted my time. The same goes for the others that have been here since 8:20.

Worst customer service! First day i come in they say " oh we are closed at 6:00 pm" . And second day i realized You have a better chance of doing it quick and not be fraustated doing it yourself. Came for a tire change took them whole 3 hours and still did not finish one car that was just ahead of me. Oh my god!! **after that i went to Ink firestone, they did it in 5 mins!

Needed a battery called and got a good price. Went up there and a realy nice employee put it in my basket and then another young man set it in the back of my truck. I just could not lift it. Thanks Walmart employee for such a good shoping experience

I'm turn on this place. The actual service was awesome but the time it took to do the service was horrible. I was there over 3 hours just for a tire change. Plus I was there by 8 a.m.. I actually stood there and watched them walk around and do nothing. Price wise I was happy!! The time it took...they milked the clock!

I was a loyal customer, had used them SEVERAL times for tire issues and oil changes, until they refused to plug a tire when they were completely dead. I get it. It's 45 minutes until you close. You've been at work all day and you're tired. Well so have I and so AM I. Doesn't mean I won't do my job when someone asks me to. Y'all are worthless. Thanks for nothing.

I went in to buy a new tire and the lady at the Auto Service refused to wear her mask properly. She wouldn't wear the mask over her nose. She said that she couldn't breathe. I asked her several times to put her mask on, but she refused. I told her that she could not wait on me without her mask on properly. Then, I asked for her manager, he was just as rude as she was. I will never buy another tire from that store again. Bad customer service!

They are VERY slow. They just stand around and talk for several minutes at a time while doing the job on your vehicle. They dont have any sense of urgency. It does not take 2 hours to do a oil change and tire rotation. I WILL NEVER BRING ANY OF MY VEHICLES TO MONROE WALMART EVER AGAIN IN MY LIFE.

I came here to get an oil change. They didn't have the oil I requested so I had to get a more expensive kind...fine. Then I got a notification on my phone saying they were done with my car. I go to the desk and they tell me they cannot service my car and they want to show me why. I follow the guy out to see what he's talking about and he points to "my car" and begins telling me why it cannot be serviced. It was not even my car! It was funny but they need to keep track of people's cars.

I live in Dallas. Went to get a oil change while visiting my family here. The slowest place I've ever taken my car to get a oil change. Over 2 hours. Had to go across the river. Don't waste your time. Go to the one in West Monroe.
