My car wouldn't start and I was recommended to him by a family member. Supposedly, he "diagnosed" my problem and prematurely added parts to My Car before I gave him the go ahead .. It was running for a little while and did the same thing again and I took it back like an idiot. He "replaced" my alternator and told me the fuel pump He warranted was bad, so he replaced it and tightened my timing belt. That didn't work because I am carless yet again and the same problems are occurring. I figured out the root of my problem by a PROFESSIONAL mechanic, in my hometown of Shreveport. Moral of the story: Don't be a dummy and waste nearly $400 to have someone tell you "it's out of their hands" Definitely do not stop in Monroe to get your car looked at because it's probably a guarantee it won't be the right thing. PS : The one star I assume is mandatory to write A review, otherwise he wouldn't get any.

Easy was a super awesome guy I'm not really a mechanic type of person but he explained every single thing he was doing to where I could understand it, check to make sure everything was good to go, checkes things that I didn't even pay for to see if they needed to be fixed, and was just all-around a really awesome place to go to I highly recommend this and I never really do these Google reviews but for this one I had to because like I said I mean he was just an awesome guy and has an awesome business, most definitely recommend it five stars I have appointments there nowand he will be the person that fixes my vehicle from now on!!! This was the best first impression of any mechanic I've ever been to. No crank, no dash lights, good battery, good starter. The problem was diagnosed, fixed, and explained to me in 4 hours. And the charge was a pleasant surprise too. Reminds me of the work I do on computers. Even the person at the desk was friendly. Of course I'll be back lol.

I recommend EZ does it auto care I got there when they opened on Saturday my AC wasn't working they had to replace my Compressor and Evaporator Valve. They had a lot of cars in front of me but they stayed open late to get my car taken care of on a Saturday. Friendly folks as well.

Please do not take your car to this place. We took our car for a simple fix, we used our warranty company and said they fixed our car but they lied, we were there for 10hrs with our kids waiting all day, for James the Mechanic who acted like he knew but didn't fix anything and then actually tore up parts of our engine. The Owners Mr and Mrs. Porter are dishonest and steal from their customer. Mr. Porter lied when I asked him to refund the money back to the warranty company, he told me he would call them to refund the money. In fact he did the opposite and called and told him they fixed our Car. They made us pay of our car knowing that it wasn't fixed and lied to our warranty company saying they fixed our car and even gave us some money back!! All lies So our warranty company refused to pay for a new repair shop because of their lies and told us we were under warranty to get the car fixed Easy Does It!! Please take your car Else Where. Do not give these CROOKS YOUR BUSINESS. We try to always support a Black Own Business when we can but dont Support this one!! Mr. Porter is suppose to be a Kappa Man one of Interity and honesty but we are guessing he doesn't live by those values anymore. As a matter of fact while we were there someone else who had previously had their car fixed had to bring it back and it came in on a tow truck! That is how are car left we towed it there and we had to tow it away!! After 10hrs of time why because this shop and mechanics do not know about cars.

My journey of car repairs has lasted over a year!!! My car has been in over 8 repair shops in Monroe, LA. They patched the obvious, charged me outrageous prices and the problem was not fixed. My car finally came to a halt and stopped and I was referred to Eazy Does It Auto Care Center by a co-worker. At this point, my trust level is not good for auto mechanics in Monroe, LA. I spoke with Rocky at length and answered his many questions. After his diagnostic review and recommendations, I felt comfortable that he would be the miracle worker in fixing my car. ROCKY WAS VERY THOROUGH AND TOOK HIS TIME TO DO THE NECESSARY WORK TO FIND THE PROBLEM AND FIX IT!!!! When I picked up my car he provided my old parts. (that was a 1st for me) I am Amazed at how Great my car drives and the engine light is off!!! The cost of repairs was fair and affordable. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND EAZY DOES IT AUTO CARE CENTER FOR ALL OF YOUR CAR NEEDS!!!

Easy-Does-It has a high quantity on the quotes true enough. In return, they give quality services and helpful advice/information about vehicles to each and every customer. I took my car to the shop once for a simple misfiring on my vehicle in 2021 and the problem was resolved in a timely manner. It's 2024, I'm current customer and, recommend the owner and his servants/technicians are qualified workers to do business with on mechanical work onto vehicles.

I was traveling from out of state and the AC system failed all of a sudden. I went to a shop in Ruston La, told them I was out of state and I needed someone to look at the car whenever they got a chance no rush at all. I could immediately tell by their body language and tone that they didn’t care at all. So I decided to say thank you sir and travel to next city. That’s when I googled and found Eazy Does it Auto Care Center! When I tell you from the moment I pulled into the gate of the business I was met with a smiling face from a woman that actually cared! Then came the owner’s son mid conversation and said “I heard you say you were driving and then??” From that moment on I knew they had it handled!! He looked at the car and explained to me what I needed I responded whatever I need just fix it please sir. He tried to tell me the price as I was already thinking astronomical numbers in my head because I’m from out of town. But, to my surprise the number was greater than 80 percent lower than what I was thinking!! I couldn’t believe it!! He diagnosed it!! He fixed it!! Got me going and when his father came over to talk to me! The way they both interacted with each other I begin to understand why they could and should be entrusted with our vehicles!! Lastly, every customer left with a smile and it reminded of something…. When mechanic has few cars on the yard sitting. He’s probably a good mechanic with fair prices. Therefore car don’t come to stay. They come to return home with the owners!! Take my word for it!! Go and see for yourselves!!

Can’t give a 0 star. Stay away. This place took my daughters money and did not fix the problem, only making her car worse! A quick eazy fail. Because how you work on one problem and create 3 more that now you say you can’t fix neither!? Shame on you for taking people money and customers leaving disappointed and vehicles not repaired properly not even repairing the problems created by the staff. Her bringing her vehicle there to leave with more issues she didn’t haven’t coming there is absurd. Do better! Be better!
