I got in a wreck a few years back, and my dad, who is from Monroe, referred me to Bradshaws. I’ve been back two or three time since then and each experience was even better than the next. Excellent customer service, knowledgeable staff, and family owned. Each time I have used Bradshaws, the process was seamless from beginning to end and I didn’t have to do much of anything except let my insurance company know that I selected Bradshaws. The first time I used Bradshaws, I remember that Mrs. Pam personally drove me to pick up my rental car. She definitely did not have to do that, and I thought that was so sweet of her. The staff at Bradshaws are genuine people who truly care about their customers. They do an EXCELLENT job and have brought my car back to life more than once. I recommend them with confidence.

Having done business with Parker’s Autobody in the past,with poor results, I will hands down go with Bradsaw’s Autobody from here on out, because to them you’re family, not a claim ticket.

This is the only business that I use for my personal and business vehicles. 10 years of doing business with them, and the quality hasn’t slacked at all.
