I read reviews prior to my visit for tire service. Fortunately, SAM’S Tire Shop exceeded my expectations. Fastest tire service I’ve experienced. We noticed a drop in tire pressure. I called and spoke with Sam at 7:05pm. He told me they closed at 7, but to bring it on in. It is Dec 23 and I know they would rather go home to their families after a long day. He fixed our tire that had a screw in it. I am so thankful to Sam for taking care of us. Words can’t say enough!

I will not ever return to this shop. Went in for 2 used tires and was there forever it seemed like it was literally 2 hours if not longer just for two tires because the one working on it kept stopping to work on other cars or he would stop to put air in somebody's tires that pulled up it was just absolutely ridiculous customer service is terrible and their prices are too high.

Caused damage that was not there previously. Dishonest. I recommend customers take pictures of the part(s) requiring repair before you allow them to repair. Will not take ownership of the damage caused by them and will attempt to charge you for the repair of the damage caused by them.

Y’all I can’t say enough good things about Sam! I met him personally. I was on a trip to see my momma and realized both front tires could have caused a wreak! Employees are Too worried about flirting and not providing good service. So, I Called the inside to see what the hold up was after sitting jacked up almost half a hour for a simple tire. Didn’t realize I would reach the owner who was not on site. So Instead of being respectful or professional when I simply wanted to know what I was waiting on, the man who jacked my car up came and confronted me about “snitching on them.” Would not advise a single female to do business here!! (Mind you I called prior to coming for availability and pricing.)

Paid to get a used tire and they CARELESSLY put on a tire visibly smaller than the other tires on my car AFTER I paid my money. When I came back to address it, the owner tells me that they don’t have my tire size in stock and to come back in 5 days. Crazy work. Here it is 5 days later and they still don’t have my tire in stock and he’s trying to make me pay for a new tire. Take your money elsewhere!

Man this place does it all now! They have a full time mechanic that does EVERYTHING except work on transmissions. Their tire sales manager named Leo is very reasonable and will give you the best deals and beat anybody’s prices in town! I shopped at 6 different shops and they beat the best price I got elsewhere by $45! I pulled up to get four new tires, mounted and balanced, installed, and was out of there in less than 30 minutes! My car also got new brakes while the tires were being replaced. My 2009 Ford feels like a 2023 Ford now! The owner is very gracious and such a humble guy! He seems to engage and be very grateful for his customers. Go check these guys out on the corner of Breard and HWY 165 in Monroe, LA.

i was about to leave work today when i realized i had a flat tire. i was able to put some air in it until i got to a tire shop. i found this shop online and called for a quote first. as i pulled in, they came out to me and asked if i was the one who called and directed me to a stall. they got me the correct tire. they were very friendly and knowledgeable of their business. i highly recommend this shop. super friendly guys!! thank you
