Charged $330 after 2.5 hours of electrical diagnostics with no wiring schematics and not an ouce of idea of what they are doing (admited by themselves). Only could muster a „there is no voltage on the ground”. Of course, were not able to fix the issue. Waste of time and money.

We limped our winnabego into their shop. They were very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. They worked late, we needed something they had to pick up the next morning we spent the night in their parking lot and they started right away when the store opened and worked diligently until everything was working. Great shop would highly recommend.

This was the worst experience I've ever had. I took my 1999 Dodge Ram 2500 diesel pickup to them because I had no brakes or power steering. They said they would do a 40 point inspection, which had a 2 hr minimum labor charge. Everything that they "checked out" had a labor charge plus shop fee. After all was said and done and a month later, I ended up paying a little over $1800 just for them to replace the power steering pump, which I supplied. I was not satisfied at all!!!

I brought my truck in for a transmission repair and received the most courteous and professional assistance from Victoria. The truck was repaired correctly the first time and I was on my way. Victoria made sure that I had transportation to the hotel and back to the shop since we had to wait for parts to be delivered overnight. Her estimate was right on and I was kept up to date on the progress. I will definitely use Consolidated in the future and I highly recommend them for all of your repair needs.

I had an e-450 diesel 6.0 rebuilt. Was told it would be around 12-14 thousand to rebuild it. They had my vehicle for 6 months and the final bill was $23,500. They reduced the price $1500. I kept asking how long the warranty was. They would give me no written guaranty, but only said we will back our work. Almost 1 year later, the vehicle just stopped running. I had the Ford dealership do a diagnostic on it. Was told repair would be around $20,000 worse scenario. I went to Consolidated and presented the situation. They said they would check with the Ford dealership to verify the issue and give me a call back. I never heard from them after that. The Ford dealership told me that for what they charged me, I could have replaced the whole motor. Other diesel mechanics from else where and off the record told me that I should sue you guys for gross overcharging and under performing. They didn't want to be quoted due to the business connections. I now have over $40,000 invested in a vehicle that doesn't run. That's not what you would expect for a repair bill of over $20,000! I haven't even mentioned the several thousand dollars I spent to fix the a/c on multiple visits there. That was quite the adventure as well. By the way, they did smile and were nice. I'll give them a 1 star for that.I guess My e-450 obviously was a bit out of their league.

Came out from CA to Louisiana to pick up an RV we had purchased. Got on the road & within a 1/2 hour, it started throwing codes! We weren't able to be out here to test drive it. We had it thoroughly checked out, but it wasn't driven. Our 1-day planned stay turned into a 2-day stay. Thankfully, the crew at Consolidated Truck Repair is totally awesome! They were able to find the problem & got it fixed! They persevered for us as they knew we were trying to get home. We had gone to other diesel shops and were told the problem was completely opposite from what Consolidated found and repaired. Their hospitality was fantastic! Brandon Simmons was amazing, professional yet down to earth, eager to help make my husband's break down as comfortable as possible. Providing him transportation to and from the hotel. They keep in touch with the customer which is very important during a stressful breakdown. Thanks for taking such great care of my husband!

I usually take my learned lessons and move on. This shop charged me 897.96 to replace an air compressor discharge line on a DD15. I’m driving down the interstate yesterday (03/07) and I hear this massive air leak. I pop the hood open and the discharge line is completely off of the compressor .To be fair since that repair on 01/15/25 I have driven 11,944 miles so it’s a possibility that vibration could have loosened the line causing it to come off but it’s also a possibility that the “technician” didn’t install it properly . I guarantee you that they didn’t remove the inside fender to make sure they had enough room to tighten that line properly but they sure charged me like they did. I’ll never do business here again.

From- Aujla truck and transport. I had a truck derate near this shop, towed truck to this shop after confirming that they will see it same day. Then didn’t touch truck for two days, then wasted a full day in diagnosing, couldn’t find anything. We suggested to change def which they did and we appericiate, but it didn’t work. Their mechanics where not able to do anything at all and gave up. As a last resort we suggested to pair the diagnostics link via team viewer and our mechanic at our terminal could fix it. They denied. Had to pay a big bill to get truck released. Then next day we sent our driver with diagnostics link from our terminal, hooked up via team viewer. Truck out of derate in 10 minutes, passed the regen, all lights gone. All Nox reading very fine. Leaving a review nearly after 10 days, since truck is running very fine. INCOMPETENT
