Terrible service. They totalled the car and said it was unsafe to drive. Took it to another shop and they replaced the doors and straightened the rocker. No damage to the frame. They want to rip you off, do not trust them. They have done the same thing to my father on his commercial vehicles as well.

After my Camaro suffered an injury, I was at a loss as to where to bring it. My insurance company informed me it was "my choice". Having never, ever had to have a vehicle body fixed, I was 100% clueless. I set about researching places, reading posts & reviews, asking friends (& strangers lol) for recommendations. (I do love my ride). When I looked into Parker Collision, I read a lot of comments from customers, but more importantly, I read Parkers replies. I loved the things they said & the way they said them. It genuinely seemed like they care about their customers. The first time I stopped by and spoke to Emily & Brandon (The Parkers), they were the nicest people you could ever want to meet. They put me at ease, walked me through the entire process and took AMAZING care of my baby! My car was completely finished in 8 days from drop off to pick up!!! My Camaro looks as good as new! I can't say enough how easy they made this for me and I would HIGHLY recommend Parker Collision to everyone!

I’ve had body work done to my truck 5 different times, unfortunately. The first 2 times I took my truck to a body shop in Bastrop and not only did they do bad work, they were also very slow. The first time I tried Brandon at Parker Collision, he was very straight forward with me, kept me in the loop, did excellent work on my truck, and got my truck back to me in a very timely manner. I have never and will never go to another body shop. Parker Collision Center is the best and I recommend them to everyone I know!

My wife hit a deer and we didn’t know what to do. We took our car to this place in Mr. Parker took care of us. This is the highest quality bodywork money can buy. The customer service here is unbelievable. Not only did we get a great settlement with our insurance, but during the transaction we had trouble. Mr. Parker referred us to an accident insurance lawyer, and we were to resolve our issues. if were ever in the area again and we need quality service with the smile these people are aware we will come. We have several friends in the area and if there ever comes a situation where they gave an auto body shop. This will be the place we will recommend every time. My stepson had his pickup truck brought in to get collision damages repaired. I had told him to tell them I would pay for the work because my stepson did not have insurance. Emily, a very nice lady, called me at my home in Arkansas to tell me that they believe I should not have the truck repaired. There was too much damage to the vehicle and the truck would not be worth the money I spent to have it repaired. She offered to take pictures and text them to me, which she did. I appreciate so much the integrity, the honesty that this business demonstrated. I can’t vouch for their repair work, but I can tell you that these are honest, trustworthy people. I would recommend them to anyone. I am impressed.

Took my vehicle to Parker's after a referral from a friend, and was very impressed with service! I don't know how to compare with other body shops time since I rarely get damage, but I believe punctuality was great! Even despite them having to contact my insurance for supplemental payment due to initial estimate being off. The repairs look awesome and there is no sign that any damage occurred. In addition, when picking up my vehicle, they had cleaned the interior (vacuumed and looks like wiping) and washed the vehicle! I am very happy and look forward to recommending them to others!
