my husband took his truck to ryan chev to have some recalls fixed. they initially told him it would take a couple of days. They have kept the truck over a week now. My husband has called everyday, accept sunday, to talk with the representative and check on the truck. He has left numerous messages. He has yet to receive a phone call from Ryan Chevrolet. Yesterday he had to physically go to the location just to speak with someone. The man said the truck would be ready today. The truck is not ready. If they are going to keep a vehicle over a week, especially to fix recall parts, they should provide an alternate transportation for the customer. At the very least, they should return phone calls and keep customers informed about their vehicles. When my husband discussed his truck to various friends and coworkers, everyone said DO NOT go to Ryan Chevrolet! Next time, we will go out of our way to travel to another chevy dealer. When we finally get his truck back, we will never go back to Ryan Chevrolet!

Very bad service! After back and forward about the information they may or not need but to see if I have just in case to get me approve would lead to me being turned down! The only document they couldn't get was a bank statement for what reason they just have to have it beats me because they had proof of income and address. To me it's like they were looking for a reason to turn me away!

The used car department is a joke. The manager told me my trade in was worth nothing because the tires didn't match. So tried without a trade in and all of a sudden the price of the vehicle I was looking at went up $3000. They would not drop a dime on the price. Sorriest place to go I don't see how they have any business, they try so hard not to sell you a vehicle.

Last night after the dealership closed, my wife looked at a black 2017 Malibu that was marked $17,995 in front of the dealership. Today we went back to the dealership to talk about possibly making a purchase. The salesman showed my wife the car, when my wife mentioned her teacher discount the saleman's reply was "that is included in the price" after "checking" with his manager. Another comment was that our trade in was included in the price. FIRST: How do you include a discount that you do not know the customer is eligible for? SECOND: We were in my truck which was not be vehicle we would be trading in. How does that work? A couple years ago I purchased the same truck and received poor service and swore I would never be back, unfortunately, this provides some business' do not deserve a second chance. Ryan chevrolet will reply to this poor rating by stating they are sorry for this happening and they will bend over backwards to do a better job. Newsflash: The customers are the only ones getting bent over.

UPDATE THEY PUT MORE BONDO ON THE CAR THAN SHOULD BE LEGALLY POSSIBLE. They left the entire panel between the door and the quarter panel off. It was a mess!!! I PRAY preserve removed them from their network!!!! The car had to be completely redone by another dealership!!!! Do NOT get repairs here!!!! Reserving judgement until I get a chance to really see how the repairs went... Right now I noticed the does are off... There's a gap on the right side that probably was not there before the accident... Gotta get that checked out and adjusted... A small gap in the front left door that's larger than the front right... The tail pipes are not centered as they should be... Just a few things that concern me... But again, we'll see...

Brought a car with front bumper/headlight damage after hitting a deer. Progressive recommended this shop. Repairs were done relatively quickly. Employees were friendly and conversational. They walked you through every step of the process and explained it so that even non car savvy people could understand it!! Would definitely recommend.

I feel like customers service could have been better… No one called to keep me updated on my car… my car is two different whites also…. The chrome that was supposed to be on the bumper is missing…I went on amazon to order it and put it on myself smh… I just feel like the body shops in Monroe just don’t care 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️

My car was T-boned and Ryan did great work getting the dents out, fixing the steering, and painting (picture of before and after)! They got everything done in about a week (business days). However, they did not clean anything… my car windows and mirrors were smuggled all over the outside where I couldn’t even see (not pictured). My tan colored seats had grease on them. The whole interior of my car was covered in dust (see picture). I had to wipe everything down before I could even drive it, because I couldn’t see any of the screens. Highly recommend for the work, but could do better cleaning it up..

I’m so angry with people who sell cars!! We arrange the sale TWICE and they sell both car to another persons in the meantime!! I pay money from Europe and pay commissions for their scams for nothing!! Shame on you.
