I always buy tires from Sam's and they back it up with warranty or any flat or rotating . Sometimes it takes time because of timing and staff shortage but it worth the waiting . The prices are reasonable also.

Stopped here to see what was the issue with our car tire. It kept going low after we placed air in it. The cashier in the tire are was loud and unprofessional. Was on the company phone telling other peoples business. Just loud but she was helful. They were short staffed only one guy working. He was slow we spent three hrs here to find out they could not fix, nor did they have tire on hand. We were trying to get back to TX from ATL.

What a total joke for a tire shop. I should have known not to go back there. All I needed was to get a tire patched that had a screw in it. The guy working the shop looked at it and said no problem. After wasting almost 2 hours of my time, the "lady" running the shop said they couldn't patch it because the outer wall had a scratch on it. This is the 2nd time this woman has done this to me. If a tire is not in perfect condition, she will tell you they can't help you unless you buy a new tire. But they only tell you this after you have wasted a ton of time. They will take your money if u want to buy a new set of tires, other than that, they aren't interested in helping you. Period. Shame on me for giving them another try. I wish there was a lower rating than 1 star.

Mona went above and beyond the call of duty for us. We were getting a set of tires put on and the mechanics told us we needed new lugs because they were not able to get two of them off and three needed to be replaced. Mona, out of the goodness of her heart, took my husband up the street to purchase the lugs. She is great and hilarious!!! She is such a huge asset to the department. The entire staff is top notch!!

NEVER GO HERE - I’ve never left a review in my life so this is long but worth the read: Went to get my tires checked because they had ~91,000 miles on them. The workers told me I needed 4 new tires & it would take about 45 minutes. I chose to purchase the tires that have a warranty that states that Sam’s will fix flats, rotate & balance the tires for as long as the tires are guaranteed for. TWO AND A HALF OURS LATER I got my car back. This was on a Friday. The very next Thursday, my tire pressure light came on & said my rear right tire was low. Frustrated, I figured I had just run over a nail & I was going to take it to get checked the next day (thankfully my warranty should cover a nail). The car was taken to Sam’s & after another TWO AND A HALF HOURS, they said it was a slow leak, the tire was defective, I did NOT in fact run over a nail but I did need a new tire. They informed us that it would be the next day before they would get a tire in. I had urgent matters to take care of & needed a way to get around but they told me “you’ll just have to stop every few miles & air it up.” So I made arrangements to get where I needed to & for someone to bring my car to the tire center for me. After another several hours of working on it, they put a new tire on there & stated it would be $60 (it was supposed to be free). After some time, they decided that it could be given to me for $19. My warranty was supposed to cover it if it was a nail but it wasn’t. It was defective. & I had to pay for another tire. After just one week before buying 4 new tires. I will never let anyone I care about use this center for anything. They were dishonest, unprofessional & truly gave the worst service I’ve had anywhere.

We were passing through town and had a flat tire. These guys fit us in, advised us on a new tire, and got us on our way. During the process, 3 different people ended up helping us (2 mechanics and the woman at the main desk) and they were all great. We felt like we were in good hands and well taken care of. This was the best experience we’ve had at a Sam’s Club tire center in a long time.

Members, they WILL NOT fix your tire for free! Flat out lie! What will do is come up with some type of reason they can't fix your flat. My tire was under warranty purchases at that location. Plenty of tread left on the tire. Yet, I still $115 for a brand new tire. I went there for the free flat repair. I just had a slow leak. ITS A RIPOFF PEOPLE. DON'T BUY IT!

Had a marine Battery that would not hold a charge. They said it was not bad and would not warranty it. It is setting in my shop dead and will not stay charged. Battery had a 18 month warranty will never buy another battery from this place.

The tire and battery center at Sams is very consistent with their service. It's not always the fastest service, but it is consistent. If you can plan a normal Sams trip to pick up your groceries while having your vehicle worked on, that's usually the best option. Prices are usually very competitive with any other offers I've seen.
