Jimmy, I don't write a lot of reviews. Usually I'll only take the time if I'm seriously disappointed with my purchase or the service I receive. But in your case, I'm so impressed, I have to tell whoever is looking to upgrade their ride... you MUST see Jimmy and his crew. The installation of my new nav and audio system looks like it was installed at the factory. Absolutely clean and perfect. And the sound is incredible. Not overly "bass-y", but perfectly balanced, just like I asked. The work was finished exactly when promised (which was faster than I expected), and the price was more than fair - especially considering the quality of your work. You can definitely charge more and no one would complain. My father-in-law just bought a new Huyndai. He's going to need an alarm and remote starter installed. I'm sending him your way. Expect a call from "Vito". (I told him what I paid for my install, so don't go raising your prices just yet ;) Thanks again for everything! -Rob

Called to have a basic remote start installed on my brand new car. They gave me the most expensive quote over dealership quotes of $375 for a basic plug/ play kit and if I wanted a phone app feature it would be $350 extra. Very outrageous pricing for a subpar small place and basic installation. Go to jersey of Brooklyn if in the same region or even dealership. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and do the reviews. Others have mentioned similar remarks.

Called in for a 2019 Harley Streetglide stock radio flash. I got there about an hour and half earlier than appointment and the guys took care of me right away. Not only that but also gave me some tips regarding installing the sound system myself. Nice and clean shop. Price was half of other location I called for the same job. Done nice and quick.

my car remote fob was damaged my water, so I could not start up my car while the alarm was on. The guy came to my house promptly, disabled and remove my alarm in half hour, now i can use my car again! he charged me $160 for house service, this is very fair price. I am very satisfied. Great Job!

I don’t usually write reviews, but was compelled to say that Marty and Jimmy of Custom Car Tunes are two great and honest guys my car alarm wasn’t working took it there and they fixed it no problem and did a great job. I would recommend going to Custom Car Tunes if you want it done right Tommy Honda element 2006.

Had a great experience. Had a stock radio swapped out for a radio with Apple car play. Not only did they take me right in after they got all the parts in stock but they did a great job with the install. I highly recommend them for any of your car audio needs. I’m going to try and bring my car back to them by the end of the year to have them swap out my car speakers all around.

I had my first car tinted out here. Beautiful job. I also had my remote start alarm done here as well. Great job. They also did my car speakers too. If you’re sensing a theme her it’s because they do great work. I already have an appointment for them to add remote start to my new car. Cant wait to go back

Had a radio installed a month ago and was not getting a signal on multiple stations. This was due to an aftermarket antenna installed. Was told I had to pay more to get it fixed!? Then was yelled at for questioning anything. I never told him to put in a different antenna, they obviously didn't want to run an extra wire to factory antenna. Which is what I payed for. Sloppy job done in a rush. Was told certain things "couldn't be done" but were ignored out of pure laziness. Had to fix multiple issues myself after the fact and on top of that left a mess in my trunk of stripped wires /metal shavings /missing clips. Whenever a person in the service industry says "sorry I cant do nothing for you" they're in the wrong business.

I purchased and had installed a remote starter for my wife's car about 11 years ago under the previous owner. I went to Car Tune Customs yesterday (2/16/21) because the remote starter was not functioning correctly. I told them how long ago I had the work done. They fixed it in about 1/2 hour. I asked how much for the repair and was told, NO CHARGE! This was incredible. I have never been to a place like this before. If you need anything done that this company can do, go there and no place else. It was the most wonderful experience I have ever had with any vendor in my life. Hands down, the best. Thank you for your wonderful experience.

Before having car play added to my car, I asked the owner multiple times to confirm that doing so would not result in damage to the interior of my car. I made it clear that if there was any risk of damage I would prefer not proceeding. I was promised that my car would be handled with care. On the day of my appointment, I asked Marty again to confirm that there was no risk of damage to my car. I was promised by Marty “you wouldn’t even know I was in the car.” Marty carelessly left numerous huge scratches all over my dashboard. He was incredibly disrespectful with my car and clearly did not know how to do the job. I received zero apology for the permanent costly damage to my car. If you care about your car, avoid this place at all cost.

This guy screams at his customers. They need to be shut down. Their wiring looked like spider webs and rattled all throughout the interior of my car. The speakers fell off after a month. The amp was shorting out. It was an embarrassment of a job. They also charged me more than we agreed on after I came to pick my car up. Disgusting job. All the wires fell out.
