First time and last time! They cleaned the outside. BUT they didn't clean the inside! Paid for platinum too. Make sure you inspect your car before you leave in front of the worker. Never okay to leave without checking the work they were supposed to do!

We left our car for a wash. When it wasn’t done in an hour, we went in search of it. They were having trouble with their equipment and expected us to wait another hour. When we expressed our annoyance, we were told to go somewhere else. Oh, we sure will!

Everyone is friendly. The prices are reasonable. I keep going back because it has been better than other car washes in town. They are not perfect and I see areas of improvement but they try and work hard to give me a good wash every time.

Car Wash Depot did not give me my “Senior Discount” on my car wash today, When I returned to the desk to question it she stated I had to ask for it when I paid my bill. I have been going to this car wash for several years and have never had to ask for my discount, but now I do? I guess it’s time to find a more honest car wash now! Good bye Car Wash Depot.

Horrible experience with Hispanic female took my car 3 days ago was told detailing which included wax interior cleaned leather treatment and shampoo of upholstery. Driver seat had split water that needed to be detailed. Was called 4 hours later no big deal. 228.00 my mats weather tech were to be removed cleaned and carpet vacuum none were touched superviser Jose did all mats now for my seats all discolored black hue and my seats are tan. Jose says there still wet but I'll retouch now. So he does I leave my husband returns the next day since they are still discolored. We are told bring it back anytime and we will do the job over. My husband was appalled they already tried that we asked for the owner we were told tomorrow at 11 he'll be In. So today we go the owner doesn't want to talk and this Hispanic lady comes to resolve. After being insulted we were told that he gave us a discount of 20.00 dollars so no refund would be considered and we can take it up with our attorney or insurance. We'll I guess when you get a discount you get nothing but a nightmare. I believe if she is the best person to represent Mohammad then it leaves me to question the business ethics

Really great spot!! I went on vacation and my car got really dirty I dont trust people with my car but its father day and didnt want to wash it myself lol, they did such an amazing job all the workers were really nice and made sure I got what I paid for most definitely coming back thanks guys

They don't let you know if your truck is lifted its an extra charge of $20. To me that is an outrageous charge. So whatever truck you bring it is automatically considered lifted.

This place is awesome. I have been debating repainting my black truck due to hard water stains, and scratches. Car wash depot did an acid treatment to remove the hard water stains and a premium polish to hide/remove the scratches. They returned my vehicle shining like it just got a new paint job. Shout out to Francisco for saving me thousands of dollars on a new paint job.

I take my trucks there or should I say use to. They would charge me $120.00 to wash and wax the outside and clean the inside. The last time I was there they told me it was $150.00 to wash and wax and the inside was going to be $30.00 more. So now I will find another car wash or have a mobile detail come to me.

0 stars if I could. Scratches all over my car that I noticed were visible in the sunlight. My car is new and these were not there. But of course this place won't repair or fix the damages done to my vehicle so now I am left with a big bill to get this fixed. NEVER will I go anywhere else I'll just do it myself. I basically paid 26 bucks for them to scratch my new car. I thought a car wash by hand was safer than the car wash drive thru but no. These people with scratch the heck out of your car and I don't even know how that's possible, especially in delicate areas where there's only dust. No need to fiber scrub my interior screen!

Came for a wash paid 50$for the machine to break down for them to have to hand wash it but come out dirty. For them to say that they don't do reclean on a regular wash. But technically it wouldn't be a regular wash if it didn't get ran through their system. Not to mention we have been here 2hrs!

Sunday morning at Car Wash Depot was a pleasant experience. Jose and Jenny were kind and cordial. Final service wipe down was done by Quincy who was very thorough. Looks like Sunday mornings at Car Wash Depot is the “place to be.”

I've been coming to this Carwash for 10 years.. But I had a bad experience waiting 1:45 min to see why my car had not come through the wash. When I went in I asked the older Hispanic Woman why it's late sc he started to be sarcastic with her answers. I told her that I was here before all these vehicles and why is my car not coming through. She said to me its gonna be ready when they send it through.. I had plans to go out of Town. I told her I cant wait they send 2 more cars instead of mine.. she got mad told me I needed to wait! So I told her nope I'm going on 2 hours waiting for my car to be washed!! I want a REFUND!! SHE SAID OK ILL GIVE YOU ONE! I started complaining that this was a big waist of time.. she started to MOCK ME telling me Goodbye!! Sad to say I never got my REFUND of $69.99 So you all have been warned!! I learned an expensive lesson.. No longer a customer ✌

Was second customer in line, right after business opened for the day. Payed $69.99 for interior and exterior detailing of my car. When they were done, I pointed out to the manager that my mats weren't vacuumed, same around and under my seats, leafs were still present in the car. His answer was "yes I see that, you can come back tomorrow and we can vacuum again ". I asked him why he wouldn't address this right away as $69.99 is totally unacceptable for such poor service and he kept repeating himself "yes, I see we've done it wrong, come back tomorrow.". Well I work five days a week and I came on a Sunday, paid a lot of money to leave with a dirty car. Don't waste your time or your dollars. They are lazy, rude and completely uninterested in customer satisfaction.

Want to thank Jennie, Jose and Francisco! Get my car washed here all the time and they always do a great job. Today I had all my windows tinted at CAR WASH DEPOT. Jose did an amazing job and my car looks fantastic. You can see in the pictures what amazing work he did. Would recommend anyone looking to get there widows tinted to go to car wash depot. Ask any employee and they will set you up A+++
