We went to use the dog washing center here. What an amazing idea! It's ten bucks for twenty minutes of time, plenty of time to shampoo, rinse even use condition. The place includes aprons so you don't get soaked and dog treats. Brilliant idea.

First time I went there it didn't seem to get my car fully clean but was in a hurry and didn't think too much about it. I tried them again and again it didn't get my car clean. Chose the first step up $11 package. Don't think I will be returning.

Use to be one of the best in town...the touchless cwrwash is next to useless took my money once without even washing my car sprayed soap only another time. Hand wash bays hardly have soap in the equipment. Card readers barely work. Do better guys...

We used this car wash for a long time. It is convenient to FM shopping center and next to the gas station. I was never completely happy with the results of the wash even when trying the mire expensive options. But we live on a dusty or muddy county road and it at least got the heavy stuff off. The cheapest option is 10.00. But go one mile south on division to MD car wash and you get a much better wash for the basic at 9.00. It is 7.00 if you are military or a senior.

They charge $15 for a car wash and the blower barely works. It’s touch less and after the wash I still had dirt in the back of my car. I had to let my car dry while driving and finish up at home. The vacuums cost money like a dollar or more on top of it. I’m not coming back due to the high pricing just for a rinse. There are other places down the street that give you more for your money!

They are overpriced RUDE and on my 4th visit, I purchased the same wash as always only used a different stall. This time the wash was not at all as long as the previous carwashes and my car was soaking wet after the drying portion only ran for a few seconds. I pulled into one of the vacuuming stations so I could go talk to the elderly attendant on duty. It took some time to find him and after explaining to him exactly how this differed from all of my previous washes except for the stall I had used and that I was concerned that there was a problem he rudely shrugged his shoulders and said to me "what do you want me to do about it". I was completely astounded by his unprofessional careless response and asked for the name and phone number of the manager or the owner. His response to me was, it's posted on the other side of the building. I left and called the number posted, which by the way was not easy to locate! I got a recorded msg so I left my name, number, and the problem I experienced. OF COURSE, NO ONE BOTHERED TO RETURN MY CALL! I WAS HAPPY WITH THE WASHES I HAD PREVIOUSLY PAID FOR BUT NOW, I WILL NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN!! WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE? There's no excuse for treating a paying customer as if you could care less whether or not they choose to patronize your establishment. Go somewhere else if you expect to get your money's worth!

Not worth the money anymore. The touchless carwash sucks! Never clean even the first time. Then, come to find out they went from 6 bucks to 10 in handwash area. On top of all this, just had some old fart working at the place walk up and say u can't hand wash ur car, using ur own bucket. It gets busy, he'd kick me out. Just nuts! Paying customer. Unreal

I paid the $17 for the almost ultimate wash, but didn’t get a printed receipt and it didn’t blow dry my car. When I talk to the manager there, he said good luck that’s what you get. Said he wasn’t gonna offer me another car wash. I highly recommend nobody ever go to this location.

I payed for the top tier wash and expected the car to be cleaned, however it still had a thin layer of dirt on it. If you look at the photos the rear bumper was still caked in dirt and the hood was also still dirty. I ended up just washing it again in my back yard. It did about 75% of the job.

Went through 8/30, at 11am, car was still filthy when I got home, at noon I called the phone number and the guy on the phone said if I can go back today go ahead or I can go tomorrow and they can "send me back through OR they will wash it" for me. Well, I went back today on 8/31 at 10am to be greeted by the rudest attendant I've ever met. I explained what the guy on the phone said yesterday and show the attendant my receipt from yesterday and said I was told I can go back through or have it washed. The attendant told me "No, the guarantee is I will wash it for you" I replied telling him I was told I can go back through OR it could be hand done. The attendant again said "No, it won't clean your car anyways" I said okay I'll just leave a review then as I don't have time for you to hand wash it (this was a second trip to a location I normally don't go to) and I was told on the phone I can go through the auto OR have it hand done. He then says "i'll send you back through, it's not going to clean your car" after I said I'd leave the review. I told him I'm just going to leave the review about being told one thing on the phone and being told something else in person, he then said "I offered to send you back through" (after he argued with me, told me no twice, and told me he knows it wouldn't clean my car) I said it's fine (he was rude and I didn't want to deal with him any longer) he then litterally started laughing at me as I drove away. (You're worker was rude, wanted to argue about what I was told on the phone, only offered to do what was stated on the phone when I said I was going to leave a review about my experience, then laughed at a customer. AND THE WASH DIDNT CLEAN MY CAR) You guys are ridiculous.

I visited the dog wash after my dog mixed it up with a skunk! Some rude person had wiped the place out with dog hair, why don't people clean up after themselves!?? BUT, my experience was otherwise awesome! The facility was awesome, the tub plenty big for my boy and there was even a ramp to get him up into the tub. The only 2 things I would change would be to add the ability to choose the water temp (which was actually perfect without adjustment) and I would have liked more water pressure. BTW, it was 9:00 in the morning when I was there and the attendant was right there coming to clean up the mess left before me. Oh! Just a note... The 20 minutes was PLENTY of time to wash, rinse, and dry my entire large dog!

We live nearby and decided to try this car wash for the first time. We are not coming again. They are overpriced for the quality of wash they provide. Our truck is still dirty after $17. Next time we will drive further to get better wash. And they charge you extra for vacuums. Don’t recommend at all.

Don't have your car washed there! I paid $18 for the most expensive wash and wax option. After it was washed, I parked my car to dry it. The car was still dirty, and the drying towel turned brown from the dirt still on my car. With no attendant on-site, I called the posted phone number to ask for a refund. That was two weeks ago, and still no reply! I will NOT be returning there!!!

This place is legit I washed my car before returning to western Washington and I had an inch thick layer of bugs on my grill and windshield. I had to wash it for safety reasons lol. Anyways my wife’s car is brand new I was super nervous about scratching the heck out of it at a car wash but to my pleasant surprise the brush was super soft and everything turned out great.

Disappointing Experience at Dirty Car & Dog Wandermere Carwash. If I could give zero stars I would. I recently visited the Wandermere location in hopes of receiving a high-quality service, but unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. After our car wash , I noticed that my car was still dirty, so I called the customer service number and was told that an attendant would be out with me shortly to help rectify the situation and give me a rewash. The wash itself lacked attention to detail, as I noticed several areas of my vehicle that were either missed or not cleaned thoroughly. When the attendant came out and I explained why I was unsatisfied with the car wash, not only did he argue with me about how my car was just “stained” and that it would simply not be able to come clean, it felt like my concerns were not taken seriously. I requested either a refund or to at least be offered a rewash, neither option took place. I proceeded to move my vehicle to one of their self serve car wash bays to show him that in fact that what he was claiming were “Stains” do in fact come off. Upon me showing him this, he proceeded to walk away from me. While I understand that there are potential errors during a car wash, I believe that customer service should always be a priority regardless, especially if you want to have a return customer service base. I was hoping for a better experience based on previous visits, but this time I walked away disappointed and I won’t be back. What a scam!

My favorite car wash in Spokane. Easy to access, fairly priced, always clean/never a long wait. I usually use the self-wash stall but happened to opt for the touchless wash today on account of not wanting to get my fancy boots dirty. After the wash finished, I noticed a few unwashed parts on the back of my car and called their number. They answered right away. The nicest attendant (Caleb) came out to help, was so professional and polite, and went so far as to re-wash my car in the stall and then send it back through the auto wash. SUCH amazing customer service is a rarity these days and it was so refreshing to be able to call, get helped right away, and with a smile/great attitude. I was already a loyal customer, but this experience warranted a review and an extra thanks just for being so awesome! :)
