I have been there twice now with my civic that I love so much and they have been most kind and even did one repair for free..Pete is very honest and upfront and this am. I will be bringing my car back to them as dead in garage ..could have had them tow me but Pete suggested going thru insurance to save money..I hope they can find out what is wrong with my car as first time I have ever really had a problem since purchase ..and it's ten years old.. Thanks, Pete..I trust you and that is something one doesn't always do when involved with mechanics..especially being an Older woman.. 😌 Kay c

I think it's the only place to get propane refilled and fuel in one stop. Not only did they totally come through for me on that, the guys there were great to deal with. I was obviously not firing on all cylinders as I tried paying for twice the amount of propane I actually got lol. They caught it and gave me a credit. I will be back as many times as I need and will certainly recommend this place. EXCELLENT customer service here. I'd give em 12 stars if I could. Thx again!!

Very impressed. I only had an hour to get my super flat tire repaired so I could get to work for my driving job. I called them right at 8 am as they opened on Saturday and Zac agreed to help me, even though there were other cars in line. Very quick, efficient, great advice and I was out the door in less than 30 minutes. Very grateful and will return. :)

My son in Spokane recommended Divine's for service work. Pete set-up an appointment for me and estimated how long before I could pick it up. My car is currently in their shop. Even though they were obviously busy when I brought it in, I called to check on it. They hadn't gotten to my car yet, totally understandable. I really appreciated their customer service from the moment I dropped it off. Really upfront, not giving me some BS quote without diagnosing it first. Fantastic service! Called and asked for a Saturday appointment, since as a school teacher it’s hard to get in on the weekdays. My family has had Divine's tend to ALL our vehicles for over 20 years. Always reasonable, always correct and great customer service. Brought my truck in for some repairs, they provided excellent customer service, walked me through everything they found needing fixed, gave me different options of parts and didn’t push the most expensive ones. They did a free diagnostic and got it done in a timely manner. They gained a new life time customer. If you can request a mechanic, I’d ask for Dustin, as he was very respectful and did a great job with my struts, ball joints, brakes, new tires, Evap leak and alignment. Pete’s the shop manager and he’s nothing but honest and respectful. Give them a call if you’re ever in need.

I had to leave Saturday morning for an unexpected trip to Bellevue for an urgent family matter. On Thursday I was having an issue with my car that I was sure would be pricy. I called around and no one could fit me in, when I tried here as my last option they were so nice and was able to squeeze me in despite them being so busy. Turned out to be an easy fix and didn’t charge me much. I so appreciate these guys and they’re now my go to place for car repairs or maintenance.

This review is way overdue. We have been to Divines on Grand Avenue in Spokane three times now and each time we have received excellent service for a very good price. They are exceedingly honest. The first time I had taken the car in to have my tires rotated and get an alignment. When we went to pick it up, they said it didn’t need an alignment so they simply rotated the tires and only charged a small fee for that. Today they changed a headlight for us. They are the best I will not take my car anywhere else.💗

If you dont have a license but a valid passport as ID, dont go here. They are so cheap that they are incapable of validating a US Passport as ID. As someone worked there, they would give no work around. This place is trash

I have an 01 suburban. I took it to another shop quoted 5 grand in damages. I brought it over here to devines. I had a company only willing to help me so much. They went out of their way to work with the company and the actual damages barely reached 500 with them. It's amazing to find mechanics who aren't trying to get rich. I had an airbag service light and alarm dinging coming on in my 2014 Chevy Silverado. I had taken it to Autonation Chevrolet two times to try and get it diagnosed. The first time they said they couldn't diagnose it unless the alarm was going off, which was happening only randomly, so that was frustrating to first, not get an answer, and second, to have to continue driving a vehicle with the alarm going off when I couldn't take it in, and having to listen to the alarm for sometimes hours at a time. So I took it back the second time, telling them to drive out around themselves until the alarm went off, then give me a diagnosis. After having it a whole day, they simply told me an airbag needs replacing for $1800. I had a feeling they didn't really diagnose the true issue, and tried to talk to the tech, but they said he'd left for the day. I never got an answer about how they figured it out, and why the whole airbag needed replacing. So I took the truck to Divines for a second opinion. In about an hour, they told me they found broken wires in the passenger seat, between the airbag and the sensor system. They said they could repair the wires for about $250. I approved, they fixed them, and I have had no more alarms going off. Thank you Divines, for actually knowing how to diagnose the real problem!! I am so grateful.
