They scheduled me an appointment 8 days out and I called with a follow up the day before with more information on the engine code and they stated they wouldn’t be able to diagnose the issue at my appointment and offered to schedule at the end of the month a big waist of time

The lady at the front desk is absolutely rude and incompetent. My son towed his car there because the car won't start. They tell my son that it is his transmission and they can't fix it. What does that have to do with the car not starting?! Absolutely incompetent!! When I call them all the assistance she gives is that they can't work on it! They didn't even inspect the car!!

I have finally found an honest, reliable mechanic who found the problem with our Jeep Grand Cherokee that I never would have guessed was the problem. I thought it was the computer, but it turned out to be two shorted wires. The other mechanics we have used would have charged for the entire computer. We are bringing the Jeep back for a scheduled brake job. I feel good knowing Lee will do a great job at a fair price.

Extremely well priced and fair. The mechanics were professional and friendly!! Genuine customer service is getting harder to find these days but you will find it at Howes. I will bring my truck there again! I only went in for some basic adjustments to my carburetor and the mechanic ended up doing a full diagnosis fixed and replaced a few things for the fair price that was already quoted!! I will return!

Had our truck towed over to Howes yesterday for a diagnostic check. Lee quickly found the problem, apparently it was something simple. He fixed it and had us back on the road before 5pm, only charged us the diagnostic fee. Honest employees, fair prices, I recommend Howes to anyone.

Terribly rude woman at the front desk. After the fact I called a few other places to find out the cost of what I had done and he was about 1/3 higher than most places so you might wanna think of checking around. As far as the mechanic doing the work, the work was fine. However, now that I’m editing this because I just wanted to say I read the other reviews and I just cannot believe there’s so many other people that say the same thing this woman is ridiculous rude for no reason she seems like she’s pretty arrogant and she’s gonna lose you a lot of business there buddy, so you better get rid of her

Lee has done all maintenance and repair work on all our vehicles for over ten years. He is very knowledgeable and fair priced. He has worked on a variety of trucks we've owned, newer Toyotas, and even a fuel injected Corvette. Wonderful service from Patty, Lee and the staff at Howe's! I had my car towed to them because a friend recommended them when I lost the power steering in my suv. They did the work fast, their prices were great an I even had enough time for them to do an oil change after the repair. As if that wasn't enough, I was having a hard time arranging a ride to get my car during business hours so they arranged how I could get my car after hours. THANK YOU HOWE'S FOR MAKING THIS SINGLE MOM VERY HAPPY IN A STRESSFUL SITUATION!

I have taken my car to Howe's twice. They have always been honest, fair, and reasonably priced. It is rare to find a mechanic that does not try to take advantage and unfairly raise the price or tell me something is wrong with my car when it isn't. I was just about to call and leave a message to see if I could drop my car off and saw that I could give a review. I won't trust my only car to anyone but Howe's Auto Services, and I am on a limited income, and need this car to continue to run well. Editing. I have now taken my car to Mr. Howe 5 times. When I had my tires rotated (free) at the dealer, the last 3 times they told me I needed services that were really expensive. Went to Howe's, and he told me I only needed rear brakes, and his fee was so much less. A year later he said it was time to do the front brakes. Still less expensive than the other guy.
