I went here to get my clutch replaced and when my car was returned they left me radiator empty along with the jug my coolant goes into and also didn’t attach the bottom hose to my radiator thank god I’m not some dumb and caught it in time before my car was ruined

SCOTT AND MIKE ARE HONEST PEOPLE. THEY GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP PEOPLE. THERE HAVE BEEN SEVERAL INSTANCES WHERE THEY WENT TO A SENIOR FRIEND OF MINES HOUSE TO PICK UP THEIR CAR. THEY THEN RETURNED IT WHEN THE WORK WAS FINISHED. IT HELPED THEM OUT TREMENDOUSLY.

Bought a car from Consumer Auto Liquidators. Didn't realize the struts were as bad as they were until I took a trip with a buddy and he pointed it out. I went back to CAL and asked them to take a look at it, see what they thought. I talked with a sales manager and explained my new found problem. I was immediately asked by a Service Mechanic why I thought it was the struts/bushings and asked if I had it looked at already. I explained when I go over speed bumps or bumps in general that it goes squish squish; loudly. He immediately told me that it couldn't be my struts/bushings. Possible the stabilizer - with a smug look and attitude. I left, and received a call from Robert at CAL, whoever that is, later that night. He informed me he was sorry I was treated that way, and that HIS mechanic would call me. Turns out, his mechanic is Wandermere Automotive, and when he called, I told him I wasn't happy with the mechanics attitude towards me at CAL. He said that was his mechanic and that he would never talk to me that way. Snickering, asking me if I still wanted them to look at my car. I said no, not if your affiliated with the mechanic that disrespected me from the start. He explained that he was standing close by and that his Mechanic, Mike, didn't disrespect me. He then wished me "Good Luck" with a snarl and I hung up.

A huge thank you to Scott, Bill, and Mike. For fixing my Windshield Wipers and for getting my Wiper fluid fixed as well. I took my car to a different mechanic prior, who turned me away twice, so I gave up. I looked up this place and decided to put my faith in these guys. If you didn't know this place was a shop you'd drive past it and not even know. I called the guys when I arrived to make sure it was them and went from there. They worked with me and let me have my car while we waited for the part for a ride which I appreciated greatly with all the driving around town I do for work and getting my kids where they need to be. They communicated everything and made sure my car was up and running. And I'm finally comfortable driving my car around for winter. Thank you guys so much !!!

They did well on a few of my projects. But once I got all my suspension work done, it went downhill. I waited forever to get my truck back, and the bolts holding my leaf springs were hanging on by a thread. There was no grease in my ball joints. I just spent a lot of money for nothing. They didn't even do an alignment, even though I paid for it. Scott is a great guy and definitely cares about his customers. I'm not sure who worked on my truck, but unfortunately, I wouldn't bring my truck back to that shop. I got better work done for cheaper and faster, and the work was done correctly the first time.

I was recommended to Wandemere Auto by a friend when the taillights on my 21 year old Audi TT wouldn't turn off. I experienced great service and the work was reasonably priced. It's a wonderful feeling to have found honest and knowledgeable mechanics.
