Took my Cadillac to Ron’s for a tune up ( Cadillac was running rough at stop lights). I was told it was fixed but when I got it home the problem wasn’t resolved. Took my Cadillac back and told them when I could feel the vibration. Next told me it was done and my Cadillac runs like a new car. Thanks Rons automotive repair for finding the problem and making me a repeat customer.

I was given some new tires for father's day and was concerned that I would have a hard time finding a shop that would replace my tires at a reasonable price. Vic and the boys not only offered a good deal they really made me feel like a customer and gave me their standard service which was fantastic! Went here about four times to have my AC looked at and fixed. Everytime they told me they could not find a leak in my AC, yet everytime I left my AC never stayed charged. Well I’m at another shop right now and the mechanic didn’t even need a black light to see the dye from the leak in my AC! There is no way Ron’s did not see my leak. They just kept refilling my AC and taking my money.. Definitely feel scammed by Ron’s. Would not recommend.

I highly recommend this place. Always have the best experience every time we go. They are honest, fast and knowledgeable. My husband has brought in a couple of our vehicles here the past couple months and the people here are so incredibly nice. They have given us options that no other shop would even consider offering. Going to start off by saying 100% would never recommend to anyone! Brought my truck in to do a simple mount and balance. After waiting 4 HOURS i had my truck back only to learn they destroyed 2 of my hubcaps and scratched my wheels! Upon confronting them they said they were "corroded" but just had summer tires put on 5 months before by randys tire with 0 issues. They also had the nerve to say "we had a problem with the hubcaps but didn't charge extra" like they did me a favor by destroying my wheels! Don't use these guys!

Found myself in a pickle. Walked in the door without an appointment on a Friday of all days. Needed 4 tires mounted and balanced. Get em out! He said! 40 minutes tops and I was done and they washed everything before loading it back up for me! Overly fair on the price. Top notch service, fair pricing........AND...EVERYONE HAD A SMILE ON THEIR FACE! Thanks Ron's... I appreciate you!
