On behalf of my Aunt who does not have internet but wanted to voice how extremely happy she is with the work that was done by Craig's on her 1993 Toyota Pickup. She was told by several others that she should just consider her vehicle a loss. It was challenging to find parts, but Craig's found what was needed and did a spectacular job! It looks brand new! When she pulled up in her driveway, a few neighbors came out of their houses asking her if it was the same truck. They were all in awe! We both highly recommend Craig's. You won't be disappointed.

Everything about Craig’s is 5 stars, they were great! Every conversation I felt informed and taken care of. And my car looks so much better than expected, both inside and out!! 100% very highly recommend!! I brought my car there to be repaired. They worked directly with the insurance company so I didn’t need to. Kept me updated through the process, and did an amazing job! I had Craigs do all my body work on my car recently. The first time I was backed into and they made the entire process so easy. After I got my car back another person swipped me on the same side. They again fixed it without any issues. This last fall I got into a fender bender and they worked again with me and my insurance and made the process so smooth! Just had my jeep in for a simple windshield replacement and alignment due to a car accident. What I didn't expect was that they would go above and beyond that, cleaning not only the outside of my vehicle but also detailing the inside as well. Throughout the process they were very open and honest about how long things would take, what they were doing to my vehicle, the process they were following, and were always available if I had any questions. A genuine 10/10 experience. I could not recommend this place more, and if you're in need of their services I can't find a reason why you would go anywhere else.

When my wife was driving into town and moose jumped the guardrail and smashed into the side of my wife’s Subaru Outback causing a good amount of damage to the passenger side of the car. The insurance company gave a me a couple places that I could take my car to. A couple of them were national chains collision centers. I wanted to keep my business with a locally owned company. I read several reviews and settled on Craig’s Collision Center. I spoke with Eric at Craig’s, he told me to bring the car in anytime that was convenient for me. I drove the car to Craig’s, spent about 20 minutes with Eric filling out paperwork and then I was on my way. I was expecting my car to be in their shop for at least four to five weeks. Eric, either sent me an email or gave me a call several times to explain where my car was in the process of the repair. Two weeks later my car was ready for delivery. Eric and the team at Craigs Collision Center did an amazing job. I would highly recommend them to anyone

I’m blown away at the service, honesty, expediency, and the quality of the job they did for me. They gave me the most comprehensive estimate, they got all work done in the timeline they originally gave me. There were tons of little extras going above and beyond. Great job!!! I wasn’t impressed by the lady on the phone (she wasn’t very nice). But all the guys I dealt with in person were very friendly, and did a great job taking care of my baby!! Can’t recommend them enough. They worked with my insurance and made it all easy.
