I paid $109.00 in total including taxes on Feb. 22nd of 2022 (02/22/22) I brought my own aftermarket Vibrant Muffler and my own aftermarket Vibrant Resonator installed on my 1998 F-150 4x4 4.6 L. I called around 10 other muffler shops in Spokane for estimates on installing a resonator and muffler on my truck and most shops didn't want to give an estimate but since I already had the parts and knew exactly what I wanted they did provide me with a rounded cost estimate and muffler mart was the best quote. I then called in the morning to see if they were busy, they told me there weren't busy and I told them I would head over in about 30 minutes. I then arrived gave them my car keys and the after market muffler and resonator and they immediately started to work on my truck. They sawed out the original muffler and cut out more exhaust pipe to make room for the resonator and welded the new parts in. Overall my experience at muffler mart was good. The weldings were good however at the very end of the weld I did notice that there was a small pocket that wasn't completely sealed and I didn't notice until I came home. It's hard to see unless your looking up close and I think it would have been hard to see with there welding mask on but it could have been over corrected if they gave it a second glance before returning the vehicle to me. Take a second look to make sure everything's perfect would have taken them a minute or two. Those are my thoughts. In regards to the cost and time they did very good it was fast I did call ahead of time and told them I would be coming in about 30 minutes since it was a slow day and I also called around Spokane to compare prices for the work I was requesting and I did have my own parts so that brought the cost significantly down. In summary, I recommend muffler mart for exhaust related services.

Took one of our cars here to have an exhaust put on. They got it put on pretty quickly, and the guys were nice. Although after driving with it for a while, I noticed it sounded like there was a leak somewhere on the exhaust. Found two leaks due to poor welding. I'm not sure why they welded it when the kit came with clamps and he didn't return the clamps. Welding it wouldn't be bad if they had done a good job. You can see in the pictures the poor welding job and where it's leaking from.

This place was recommended to me by the wonderful staff at Ziebart! Gave Jeremy a call fearing the worst (exhaust leak or catalytic converter, since I chose Jeep life haha) and after letting me know they could take a look at it, I was in and out the same day for an easy fix at a price that didn’t even bend the wallet! My sister has issues with her pathfinder. She was told her catalytic converters we toast by a mechanic, so we took it to these guys, first time I been there. They found a few problems addressed them and tested the converters. All good and ill be take my truck in in a couple weeks for new exhaust. Great prices and the crew was friendly and honest! Part of my exhaust randomly snapped off after my drive to work. I noticed the car had a deep, low growl so suspected the exhaust system. I called Muffler Mart, they told me to come in and checked out my car right as I pulled in. Jeremy identified the crack and let me see it for myself. I asked if I could schedule an appointment in the morning because I got paid the next day, and he offered to weld it for me right then and I could come back in the morning to pay. Excellent service, no BS, cost less than I expected it to, and overall a huge relief. Jeremy is the man! I will be recommending this shop to anyone that needs muffler/exhaust work on their car.

Being female its tough to find any vehicle repair shops that are honest and dont take your money. From the moment I called, they were professional and respectful. I felt good going there. They offered a free estimate. I brought it in, they looked at my car within minutes. They came out to let me know that I just popped something out when I bumped the curb. Free or charge! I am telling you, if this was any other shop, I would have been $1000's in the hole. The problem was a mear "snapping something in place". I am so grateful for their honest hard work. Please bring your business here if you really need some down home good American culture. And don't worry girls... they aren't here to scam you.
