Top auto repair shop in Spokane, hands down! I've taken a Lexus, Ford, VW and Volvo to this place and they've never had any issues. Joel and his A+ crew are always fast, easy to deal with and complete the job with zero rework....EVER! Finding a place that'll work on all makes and models with the speed and accuracy that these guys have is unheard of in this town....trust me.

As I was leaving work my car started acting up and I called Joel the owner and he was able to get me in right away too see what was going on. I made it to the shop about 4 and a quick check said it was the alternator. He wrote up a quote and Jesse offered to stay a bit late to get it installed. Joel got the part there quick and I was out in an hour. I'm amazed at the service I got. Showing up to a shop at 4pm I knew I would be out of luck getting the repair done that night I am still shocked they got me in and out so fast as I have to leave town tomorrow. Amazing service, prices were great and both Joel and Jesse were amazing and fast!!

This is the only place I will ever take my car! They are very thorough and make sure my car is running right but i always get it back as soon as possible! It's nice to be in an auto shop where I feel like a priority! Every time I get my car back, Joel always explains what happened in an understandable manner! I will always recommend this auto shop!

First used ASC services several years ago while traveling from Alaska to Michigan, power window and AC failure dictated service soon. My wife’s Uncle recommended ASC he had been having his vehicles for a number of years and highly recommended Joel and Lynn as outstanding service providers and they proved his recommendations absolutely valid. We hav been back in town several times and for good reasons have visited and had service provided. Simple fact, great service, at good value as well as excellent communication skills when dealing with unusual issues! I have a PT Crusier that has issues once in a while, I can count on Joel to do the repair and not try to con me into repairs I don't need. Very good prices too. In regards to your response, I have timestamped photographs of my vehicle prior to it being in your possession. There is no mold. My vehicle was towed to your shop with one empty Vitamin Water bottle in and a few receipts, And my son’s scooter and metal detector in the trunk. Which are now ruined. No dirty diapers, no food. My child has not worn diapers in 6 years. There is zero excuse to return my vehicle to me in this condition. There was zero mold in my vehicle. And it was towed in from another shop, it had been there for roughly 1 week, not even that long if my memory serves me correctly. You had an opportunity to make it right, and chose not to. I’ll be sure to let anyone considering your shop know that. You know damn well this happened in your care. And lied. Deceitful and terrible business. My vehicle was returned to me with a large amount of mold in it. There was no mold in my vehicle prior to it being at your shop.
