I got my brake pads and rotors replaced on my BMW and it was a really smooth experience from scheduling to completion. I love that they send pictures of pads and rotors, as well as the measurements with how much material is left, with what their recommendations are. It added a transparency to the process that was very appreciated. The cost felt reasonable. From the time of my approval of said work to completion was just about 3 hours. I'd definitely recommend Golden Rule to others.

My brake warning light came on the dash this morning and said I need to drive carefully and go directly to the dealership for repairs. I stopped by Golden Rule on the way home and he was able to reset all of the warning lights without having to do any actual maintenance. I called and talked with Will about an issue that another shop found on my car. I knew Golden Rule fixed that part before. I made an appointment to have the part replaced with no problem since it was under warranty. While it was there Will found another issue and took care of that also. Now my car has no rubbing noise when I turn my tires to the right. They take pictures of issues of the vehicle to show what are the problems going on which I like. Plus they give you information papers on your vehicle showing alignment or wearing on breaks when you pick up you vehicle.Thanks to Will at Golden Rule my car drives great!

Just relocated to the area from VA. Front wheel hub was going out. They replaced it as well as did a well thorough inspection of my vehicle. There is alot of work that needs to be performed. They prioritized them and they didnt rush me to get them done during the 1st visit. They will definitely perform the other repairs.

This place is absolutely terrible. They charged me $3000 for 4 reman calipers, 4 rotors, 1 wheel bearing, and fluid flush. This is less than $1000 in parts. The only reason I did this is because I was traveling to spokane to visit my folks and realized my brakes needed done. What i got extra was a bashed in center cap. Ever lug nut rattled down 100ft lbs over spec. Beat up the inner rim of the wheel. And calipers with different hardware. So if you care about your vehicle and dont want your property not taken care of, you should go anywhere else. full disclosure, they refunded me enough money to cover a center cap and lug nuts. but would not pay to fix my wheels or buy new ones.

Oh my goodness! They fixed a noise that has been haunting me for so long!!!! I have taken my car to 3 other places and no one was able to figure it out! They all told me everything looked good, but today I took it in for another issue they fixed that and then took it for a test drive, heard the noise and fixed it, no problem! Wow!!! I wish I would have brought it here first! It would have saved me so much time worrying about it! The guys did an awesome job and they deserve more than just 5 stars! Highly recommend!

Our family vehicle started making noises that sounded like a reindeer with a grudge, and we were in full panic mode with visions of sugarplums quickly replaced by visions of towing bills. Enter Golden Rule Brake, where Manager Dallas and Golden Rule employee Will proved that the shop's name isn't just clever marketing, it's their actual playbook. These two have hearts bigger than Santa's sack, and they not squeezed us in but also came to us, fixed the issue fast, and got us safely back on the road without any upsell nonsense or "elf-sized" surprises on the bill. In a world full of Grinches trying to overcharge for repairs, Dallas and Will were straight-up holiday heroes. I'm so incredibly thankful they helped our family in our time of need. Highly recommend Golden Rule Brake—they don't just fix brakes, they restore your faith in humanity (and in not getting stranded on Christmas). My brakes were really bad. REALLY BAD. I got in right away explained that I was aware that my brakes were really bad and that I just wanted an estimate so I could schedule an appointment to get them fixed. A couple hours after I dropped my car off, I got a text with an estimate. It was much less expensive than what I had planned on, they didn't try to oversell anything and once I accepted the estimate electronically, the work was done. Super nice staff, ALWAYS very accommodating. I've recommended them to others and they've always had a great experience. Great service, no overselling and fair prices. Super nice company. Thank you!

This is an honest company. They are transparent, and efficient. Due to government regulations concerning metallic brakes have eliminated copper new brakes are often prone to squeaking. They have faithfully serviced my brakes to prevent this even after my warranty expired. I couldn't be happier with this company and I highly recommend them!

I recently took on the insanely difficult job of replacing the rear wheel bearings on my 2018 WRX. After getting one bearing out of the knuckle but being completely stuck trying to remove it from the backing plate, I had to admit defeat. I called Golden Rule Brake on Francis and spoke with Will, who was not only professional but also reassuring and enthusiastic about helping me out. I managed to get my vehicle to their shop (on 3 wheels only) with the help of USAA. Will personally assisted in getting my car off the flatbed and onto their lift with ease. His attitude and willingness to help made a huge difference, and I can’t say enough about how awesome it was working with him. After the repair, I had the pleasure of finishing up with Corey. These days, it feels rare to find even one outstanding employee at a business, but to have both Will and Corey in my corner was truly a blessing. Corey made sure the job was completed at a reasonable price and his professionalism added to the positive experience. Both Will and Corey turned a difficult and stressful situation—right before my big move to Arizona—into something far more manageable and stress-free. To both of them, I just want to say thank you.
