I don’t post reviews unless I come across exceptional service and that is what we have received over the years at Perfection. Our most recent experience involved our daughter’s car that had a catastrophic engine failure about a year ago. We knew going in it wouldn’t be a cheap fix however Ray and Corey worked hard to source a used engine and get it installed for a reasonable price. Fast forward a year and the replacement engine failed. Keep in mind there was no warranty on the used engine and we knew what we were getting into when we bought it. No way Perfection could have predicted this. We went back to Perfection because of the way we were treated before and they did not disappoint. Corey went to work finding another engine and working with the supplier who sold us the first one to recoup some of our losses. In addition to that they went the extra mile giving us a deep discount on their labor, saving us hundreds, and taking care of additional unforeseen issues at their cost. The state of “customer service” at most businesses is abysmal these days but Perfection has been amazing for us and they have made us customers for life. We don’t hesitate to recommend them to our family and friends.

About 2 weeks ago, I called around for a set of tires of an unusual size, and the gentleman I spoke to made such an effort to locate and have them delivered to the store on the SAME DAY! Not to mention that I was able to have them installed the same day as well. I don't remember his name, but THANK YOU SIR! My truck looks sexy again.

FINALLY...an honest and hardworking shop that serves hardworking people. I have finally found a place that has earned my business for years to come. Thanks to the crew at Perfection for the fast, professional service (without the fear mongering and"upselling" of unnecessary repairs). They also gave me a realistic timeline for upcoming brake repairs. BORING BACKSTORY:Just for some perspective, I stopped at Perfection on my way home from a big Dealership's Service center that had me pay $494 to see if a software update would fix the factory radio and factory backup camera. It did not work and the only solution offered was to spend $1200 more dollars on replacement equipment that will be the last money that dealership will ever get from me.

Perfection tire has been servicing our cars for 15 years. They have always taken very good care of us and I’ve never felt like they’ve taken advantage of us. They are very knowledgeable about tires and are always happy to explain things so that a normal non-car person like me will understand. We have had a lot of trouble with the rims on my husband’s car and they have tried numerous things to fix them so we don’t keep losing air in the tires (we’ve come to the conclusion that we need new rims). Recently the tread on my tires was worn down prematurely and they couldn’t figure out what caused it. I ended up having to buy new tires but they helped me out by giving me a discount. I definitely recommend perfection tire for all your car needs!

Perfection Tire is exceptional, they are first come first serve every day they are open, so no appointment necessary for most work needed They know mechanically what they are doing and do great work and always want to use premium parts. They are honest and communicate really well after diagnosis, to completion. They have great tires and I trust them with my families cars to work on all of them. They do all my service and mechanical work, no matter the make or model, I trust them with my life. Thanks Perfection Tire , the name says it all, but it's more than just tires.

Recently had my Infiniti fx45 towed to there shop in north Spokane, had a severely bent rear control arm and a bent wheel both needed replacing as well as an alignment. I originally had my doubts just because I had never taken a car there before but Jay the mechanic that worked on my car provided video of everything that needed replacement they were completely transparent and I was very pleased with the service they provided and contacting me with any new information without just going ahead and making a repair. Not only the service was great but the final cost of the repairs was reasonable. They were able to find the parts and get the best prices on them in a fairly quick fashion and I had the car back in a week despite their workload. I definitely recommend perfection tire specifically the one up north on division. Will definitely be taking my vehicles there from here on out.

The prices were high, so I expected matching quality, but the service fell short. I came in for a tire replacement, alignment, and an oil change. Three out of four tires were overinflated by about 10 PSI (should be 35, but they were at 45), and the oil level was almost an inch above the max mark. For the cost, I expected better attention to detail, so I left disappointed.

I Came in to purchase a spline adapter for my custom wheels and they just gave it to me at no charge and offered to rotate my Toyo AT 3 tires. I am writing this review today because I am dissatisfied with the service that was provided, but the only thing that saved this review was the Tech Lincoln from today’s visit. Back in April I had a front set of winter tires on my car and I wanted them to simply take off my winter tires and to replace all of my summer tires with a new set, because they had a price that I liked. Now this is where the problems began, when I get home I always have a habit of checking the torque spec to make sure all the Lug nuts are tightened down properly to which I find out 5 of my 12 lug nuts are not tightened to spec two of which were more than a quarter turn till they hit the spec mark. Safety concerns, aside, that alone wasn’t a big enough deal for me to even make a complaint because I get it. We’re all human and we make mistakes, but fast-forward to this past weekend when I go to put back on my winter tires to find out my valve stems and caps have been removed without warning or notice. So I give the shop a call today first thing this morning to remedy this issue that I am having, to which they say they do not have a problem fixing it because there could’ve been a mixup and their technicians could’ve thought that the winter tires were getting replaced which I understand and I ask if it was okay for me to bring it in within 30 minutes of our call which they agree so I show up. They let me know that it will be around a two hour wait for them to simply put back in the valve core and slap on the two tires because they had a lot of customers waiting in line at that point🤷🏼 so I asked them when would be a good time to come back to when I would not have to wait for so long and they tell me 9:30. So I show back up at that time, and I am then informed that it will be another two hour wait and I tell them that I cannot do that because I have an appointment at the dentist at 11:15 so I will have my wife come back at a better time for the shop. Now she shows up and they not only can’t put the winter tires on my front wheel drive because of some lawsuit filed against Les Schwab. They state that they will take the valve stems from my summer tires and put them back on my winter tires and say that “ they couldn’t imagine their techs would not replace them”. Now they asked that we come back a fourth time for the day to bring a receipt of our purchase back in April” so that then they can fix this issue, granted this is a $8.99 or less total replacement. So I went ahead and purchased valve stems and caps so that I do not waste any more of my time with this ridiculousness. now, upon my surprise, when I returned home with the parts, I found that the technician had gone ahead and replaced the valve stems for me, which I am very grateful to Lincoln for. However, I am disappointed in this outcome of events because we together had to make three separate trips out there, and a trip to the parts store and now back to the store to return the valves and removal tool. Needless to say, I will not be wasting my time anymore going back-and-forth to this shop for any future repairs which is disappointing because I had planned a couple thousand in repairs for my personal and business vehicles.
