★☆☆☆☆ Went in yesterday to get a used battery put in my car. Guy who did it seemed to not know what he was doing . Low degree of skills he had to go ask someone else about battery hold down. As another guy walks buy they both talk under the hood an new guy grabs a long screw driver out of toolbox then uses it to point at the negative terminal and tell me they have to replace it because it is cracked an wont tighten back down. I said it was tight when the guy took it off. Then he points the screw driver at me an says (it's $10 measly dollars) i told him FORGET IT. I already have to redue the job i'm paying for because its not getting done right. He said well you got your battery now go pay for it. As he slaps that screw driver against his leg. I paid, went home unhooked battery, cleaned battery terminals, replaced cracked one. Myself. Stupid, arrogant, intimidative, incorrect service.
