Decided to try the new mechanic in the neighborhood and all I can say is amazing! Went above and beyond to get us in quickly and we were previously given an outrageous quote by our dealership which he told us was unnecessary right off the bat. Saved us a ton of money! Highly, Highly Recommend!

Several years ago I had them change my oil lines in my 94 Chevy s10. I was charged an outrageous $850, not quoted as such. When I came to pick up the truck, the old man who owns the shop, yelled at me and said I better pay my bill. All I had said at this point was Hello. Cant reccomend this shop less. Will never go back.

Zack consulted with me on different options to repair my Dodge Ram 1500, went above and beyond, repaired my P/U in a timely manner, and the shop rate is very reasonable.....Update- April 2021-I am still pleased with the quality of work Zack performs! nice having a local repair shop that is of the caliber. Tony is the best mechanic in Spokane! We were headed into the holiday weekend when our Suburban died. We had it towed over and Tony called with a fix within minutes of receiving it. He then fixed it within hours and we had it back by that same afternoon. He always goes out of his way to help a customer. We will never go anywhere else with our vehicles!

My son got a flat today, luckily he was near Gas Automotive. He called me this evening and told me about his flat and how luckily he was to be near your business and how kind you were to him. Thank you for taking such good care of him (Joshua with white BMW). He recently moved to Washington from a small town in California where he is third generation, in other words we have our regular auto shops that have known our family forever. Being in a new area, I am relived that he has found such friendly business. Thank you, he has found his new auto shop for however long he is in Washington.
