Everyone there is great. Been going here for about 10yrs now and they always have taken great care of me and all my cars. You will not be disappointed in the service they provide you. The prices are very reasonable. As people are finding out about them it is getting busier so some days there's a longer wait time but if you like great service and quality work like I do, the wait is worth it.

We called ahead for pricing on some tires for my wife's car and Jeremy gave us an excellent quote on a set for her vehicle. We ended up coming in on 11/11. They were packed to the gills so we dropped off her vehicle. We also threw a set of wheels and tire for my rig in her and asked if they would be able to get those done as well. We told them that it was really low priority because they would not be needed until spring. They still managed to get those tire done for us at the same time. They attached rebate info for both sets of tires and sent extra copies of the invoices for the rebates. Above and beyond in my opinion, taking the time to do an extra set of tires and print the extra documents so we can do rebate on our end. Most when that busy may not have even mentioned that there was a rebate going on. -Thanks Perfection Tire and thank you Jeremy

We have used this place many times. Each time the service has crazy fast. Multiple times I have shown up with no appointment at 7am, had a diagnosis by 9am and my car back by 11:30am. Pretty good for minimal down time. These guys are honest. Most of the time I knew what the problem was and they have never tried to upsell or rip me or my wife off. Their customer service is top notch. They are friendly, they remember people even if you aren't there a lot. Their prices might be a little more that other shops, but I go back because they work fast, they are honest, their work is solid and has never had to be redone, and they are very nice people.

I really biffed my passenger front tire swirving on a back road a couple of weeks ago. They got my in within minutes the next day after I called and treated me well. I was nervous being a woman and I originally go to the Perfection Tire in my hometown. These guys were great, they took care of my tire but replacing the front two and I had them throw in an oil change. I was done in 45 minutes!

Amazing customer service! Just the helpful and friendly nature of the employees is enough to bring me back. I went in to have a tire patched and was surprised how quickly and efficiently they handled it. The very comfortable waiting room with a television and coffee helped make my short wait feel even shorter. They will be my first phone call for all of my tire needs in the future.

Giving these guys 10 stars and a big THANK YOU for taking care of My son so quickly this morning. He was driving back to West Side yesterday (Sunday) when his tire blew. Got the spare on and drove back to Spokane. With nothing opened, he had to wait until this morning when He called Perfection Tire. They got him in and out with 2 new tires in record time, reasonably priced and he says, super great & friendly service!! Noah is back on the road now and will be back to the west side safely! I've been trying out several shops in this area but they have fallen short. This place so far has been very accommodating. We have an oversize van that doesn't fit into the stalls but they were super fast in changing the oil in about 30 min. We certainly appreciate this due to the fact that this is our main source of transportation. Jeremy was very friendly and courteous. I highly recommend this business. *****Update*****One thing that concerned me was I was told something I had replaced a few months ago was bad and needed to be replaced. I took it in and had a different shop look at the specific part. They said they were working correctly and we're in good condition. They said the part was bad. Now I will need to get 2 opinions for future repairs. That's all I'm saying regarding that.

This place is great. I get my winter/summer tires swapped here and they do a great job. The last time I rolled in they greeted me, asked if I was swapping my winter tires on and then told me my own phone number without me telling them first! While I was getting my kid out of the car the guy at the front desk had put in my license plate number and knew exactly what I was looking for. It's like he asked, "Hey Brian, the usual?" It's like the Cheers of tire places!

Only a really good mechanic can turn you towards another mechanic that can help when they can't. My car was too old for perfection to work on. They called me first thing in the morning and said they recommended another mechanic for my 88. I had a tire start to delaminate on my way way up to get a few tons of feed. I was towing a trailer. They arranged for a safe place for me to leave my trailer. They got me in immediately and I had them replace all the tires on my one ton dually. The counter guys are wonderful to deal with, as well as very knowledgeable. They got me fixed up and back on the road in like an hour and a half. It was an excellent experience, also an incredibly clean store and waiting area. I will definitely be back in the future. This is a first class establishment and I will definitely recommend Perfection tire to my friends and family.

The folks at Perfection went above and beyond the requirement for my family. The warranty time had expired on a brake job they had done last year. The brakes squeaked and they replaced the pads anyway with no charge to my daughter. This is A+ customer service.

I was on my way to Dignified Work Days, Job Training. I got a flat tire on my scooter & I was running late. Although they were reluctant to work on my scooter? They allowed me to plug the tire and do the repair my self. The Staff was empathetic enough to allow me to use their air & get me to where I needed to be. Thank You.
