I came here because I failed an emissions test and of course my tabs were about to expire. Thankfully I called Rick, just shopping around and he informed me I could be unnecessarily spending money. I went and come to find out he had Lewis (sp??) look at my car and informed me I didn't need a thing. They saved me over $200 and they were honest. Plus Connie was a pleasure as well. If I do actually have car problems in the future I'm calling Rick, Lewis and Connie here first!

I got a red battery light on and was told to change alternator in some other place but so glad that I came to Spokane Auto care and Tim with his crew did everything very fast and took care of all my issues!!!Very professional, honest auto mechanics who know their business and going to treat you well with very fair price.Thank you all very much and I will be back for taking care of my car at your place soon again. I've taken a couple vehicles in to them and they do amazing work every time. Quick, reliable, quality work. Have recommended to friends and will again. Update: Another shop wanted $3,800 to replace my transmission in my 2003 Honda Odyssey. I took it to SAC and they replaced it, asking with my timing belt and water pump for $3,325. The fix was quick and my van runs great.

After calling several other shops about my Wrangler running rough and having fuel issues, I took it here for a diagnostic test. I spoke with Tim and he just seemed to take the time to really listen to the problem, felt he was just an honest guy and thorough. He was PHENOMENAL. Unlike other shops, he spent time explaining the problem, addressed some future maintenance repairs and the cost was so reasonable. The mechanic, Louis also helped me out with some minor things (that would've turned into big problems eventually)that he saw as well. THANK YOU SO MUCH LOUIS!!!! I was so worried about the potential possibilities, truly prayed to find an honest and reasonable shop/mechanic and I DID. I'm SUPER GRATEFUL and will go back for my maintenance/repair needs and will tell EVERYONE. lol Thanks guys. I really appreciate all that you did!!!

My mom took her 2010 Ford fusion in to have the water heater replaced. They had it for seven days and didn't do what was asked. Instead they allegedly replaced the heater core and said the head gasket needs to be replaced for $7,000 . When we dropped off the car it wasn't dripping coolant all over. But when we picked it up it was and it was water no antifreeze. Tim tried telling me that there was a bug in the vehicle and that TKO Auto (where the car was purchased) is famous for doing this to make the vehicle run bad , when I asked him to see the parts that were allegedly in the vehicle he was apprehensive and said the bug can't leave his shop for what$ because it was fake and the heater core his mechanic brought out was brand new, he couldn't produce the real parts because ther wasn't any he didn't do the work and got $800. For doing nothing. These guys are lyers and fatmouths. They don't even register with the bbb why because there work is shaby and faulty...
