I wanted an Evoque convertible, yes convertible and they are difficult to come by! I also wanted it to be red. Land Rover Spokane was able to secure one for me in the Seattle area in just 1 day. They had not even met me, but only discussed this on the phone and via email. They had the vehicle transported to Spokane where I purchased it and picked it up. I gave them the information regarding my trade in and they quoted me a price. NOTHING changed upon my arrival. The price for the Evoque and my trade in were exactly what they had quoted me. They made this so easy! Thank Mitch and team Spokane. I love my Evoque convertible!

Have had nothing but frustration and problems with the dealership since day 1 I bought my Rover. Their full warranty never once paid for any of the many problems I had, that was a waste of money. When I had it in for service there were missing items out of my car that were very sentimental. They didn’t even try to make it right. A few years later I need a new key and they quote me over $1,000?!? I got a local locksmith to do it and program it with an authentic Range Rover key for under $400. I have and will continue to bring my car ANYWHERE ELSE but the dealership. Also, any of the other shops that will work on Range Rovers say they hear the same thing from their customers on the daily. They have an awful reputation. Love the Rover, do not love the Stealership

I purchased my first Land Rover Discovery Sport from Land Rover Spokane in October 2020. I had been in the market for a new SUV for over 4 months. Michael Meador, Sales Agent, was beyond patient with me. I walked in with very high expectations in what I wanted in a vehicle: features, capabilities, color and a specific monthly payment. For 3 months, Michael continued to keep in touch with me regarding my vehicle needs. I fell in love with the Discovery and Michael and the entire Land Rover Team (big shout out to Cale Browning, Sales Manager and Al Harvey, Financial Service Director) met every expectation; plus more.

Edit As lovely as that response was from the 'owner', I have reached out without any response whatsoever and I maintain my review at this time. What a shitshow. Don't do business here. Bought a 20k car and door lock didn't work from the get go. I'm under a 90 warranty and they denied the claim. It's a $90 part. Really? Go elsewhere.

Mark the service manager, Mike and Ryan that work in the service department are unprofessional. I would not recommend getting your car serviced here. They had my Range Rover over 3 days with no communication. I almost reported my car stolen because I had no idea where it was. I was passed around with no accountability. The Woman that works in the service department call center is beyond rude. When I was asking why I haven’t heard from them, she barked at me that there was only one service technician and that it takes time. I had my appointment booked for one month to get my car in. I gave Mark the manager feedback that if this process takes a couple days, the customer should be well aware of the steps it takes to diagnose a vehicle. After calling and calling to see where my car was, they text me a quote of $19,000 + tax with no itemized quote. If you don’t have a brand new Range Rover, don’t even bother with this place. I truly believe because of my gender and lack of finances, I was delivered sub par service and not acknowledged. Look at reviews. This place is sketchy! My story repeated by countless others. I’m sure the owner will response to make the situation “right” Pass.

I inquired about it online through car gurus, on the weekend, and Jordan Sherwood reached out the next morning and got in touch. He followed up with me, and helped me obtain all the details and info on the car as well as helping me get an extended warranty with great coverage! 10/10 Couldnt be happier with my 2014 Range Rover Sport HSE! Reason for a 2 Star Rating. I purchased my New 2024 Rover from Spokane Land Rover. It was a Dynamic SE with only 128 miles. The GOOD. Sales is awesome. My sales guy Antonio and his manager John were awesome to work with. Did not feel any pressure. Had it not been for these, I would have walked. Mary, the finance gal, stayed late and found me great rate. The NOT so good This Rover had 128 miles at time of purchase. I feel my trade in ( Porsche Macan) was undervalued. It still had Factory Warranty and very clean, but O well. Delivery of my New Rover. I was expecting a Clean Brand New Car at time of delivery and did not botherr inspecting. I purchased a new $110k Rover How could it be dirty I asked myself. I was there almost 5 hrs and wanted to get home. I was shocked next morning to see the filth in the Rover. It honestly looked like a Used car. I called Antonio immediately n shared pics with him, and he mentioned he would share them with his management. No one bothered to follow up. See pics below. A brand new 2024 Rover Sport. Not what I expected from Land Rover. It's an Auto Nation owned dealership, and no one followed up. I'm sure they could have arranged a detail at another Autonation dealership.

I made an appointment because of a check engine light. Appointment was for Friday 8 to 3. I dropped it off the Thursday before at around 3. Friday morning around 9am I received a text that said recommend a hot flush to clear the magic box. I had no idea what that meant or the cost so I asked to be called to discuss. I was told sure just let me take care of a few things and the service rep would call shortly. 5 hours later I called them. It was explained to me and I was told the tech working on it would be in the shop on Saturday and they would get to it. Didn’t hear anything Saturday, didn’t hear Monday, that was fine it was a holiday. Didn’t hear anything Tuesday, so I texted on Wednesday and told them I would be in Wednesday afternoon to get it. They texted back saying they would be starting the flush that afternoon. Horrible communication. This is not the first time Land Rover service has been difficult. I thought maybe it would be better since they moved location. Honestly I don’t even want to own a Land Rover anymore. Nothing but problems and poor service.

DO NOT have your vehicle serviced here!! They will destroy your car. Dishonesty ruined my motor. I purchased a 2021 velar new from Land Rover Spokane. Have had it religiously serviced by the service department until my contract ran out this year. Took my car into a reliable shop in town for an oil leak I was concerned about. They discovered that the Land Rover service department had not changed my oil filter in at least 40,000 miles!! Consequently, this caused the filter to fill up with sludge and metal pieces, which led to a leak that has ruined my motor. Have to take it back in January to have a hot oil engine flush and pray the motor isn’t too far gone. $80,000 vehicle ruined by dishonest staff, it’s a damn shame and should be criminal. Do yourself a favor, buy elsewhere!!!
