Excellent customer service was given to me while on my road trip. I needed new windshield wipers as I was going over several snowing and rainy mountain passes. I wish I remembered the Latino brother that help me on several items I purchased but he was very knowledgeable and also contacted another store to see if I could obtain a new wipers for my back window on my old Toyoda 4runner. I highly recommend you check out the crew at the Spokane O'Reilly auto parts. Keep up the great work and I will be back on my continuing business travels. I appreciate you making my road trip safer.

O'Reilly's is always my first stop when working on my truck or vehicles of any sort. They have repeatedly helped with difficult repairs and the staff is always up for a challenge. They usually have better diagrams/schematics than auto zone, and that can make all the difference in certain situations. All around great auto parts store.

Yeah they just lost another customer for life. Bought a brand new battery from them and said it was good with a 3 year warranty. Wouldn't work in my car so I brought it back with the receipt, and they wouldn't return it or exchange it. Took it to Toyota and they recommended a different battery, testing the load it was no good. So I ended up wasting $230 with these clowns at O'Reilly.

They "tested" the alternator and said it was bad on my friend's truck. It WAS NOT bad. So they tested again. This time it was the battery they tried to sell her. Turned out it was just a corroded battery connection. Thanks for trying to sell us $400 of stuff she didn't need.

I bought a replacement HID bulb for $131.99 for my F-150. After I installed it it i did some research i discovered that they are only $35.00 on average. I will never ever go back there again even if it is to ask for directions.

Ive always used other auto part stores, mainly because of location and staff experience, But i will say lately o Reilly auto parts as came thru to the max. There has been several times lately they have came thru last minute and on the fly. Not only that they had it in stock and at a moment's notice, there staff is a little young and slightly inexperienced but that's okay, i helped them help me. I will be going thru them more often. For sure

If I could give this a zero star I would. The customer service at this store was absolutely horrible. They sold us our wiper blade and windshield washer fluid hose, he sees me Struggling with it and tells me that the instructions will tell you how to put it on. Excuse me I thought they worked at a auto parts store and they are supposed to help? We went back inside after struggling to put it on to return it and go to AutoZone so they could help us, he then offers to help put it on. Turns out he sold us the wrong things. I'm not happy with them at all. Furthermore I think he realized that we were two lesbians and just didn't want to help
