These guys are great, I took a vehicle in for inspection prior to buying and good thing I did because that car would have been a horrible option to buy. They informed me of a massive oil leak that coated the engine and told me what engine actually works best for those vehicles. Good to meet people that actually care. Thanks guys!

This fricken guy, I've used him before and he squeezed me in earlier than my appointment because he knows I drive for a living (thank you for that), But I called him because I was having trouble with a misfire on cylinder 2 and couldn't identify the specific source of the problem, he advised me to try swapping ignition coil 2 and 4 and if the engine code changes to 4 then I have my answer. This dude didn't try to charge me or upsell me or anything, just helped me fix my problem. hes a gem, HIGHLY recommend. Thank you Sir

What a classy, honest, hard working bunch of guys. I live in Vancouver, WA... and started getting a misfire in my 2014 mazda cx9. Took it to em the same day, gave me a quote, and had the injectors replaced, (including an oil change, and spark plugs replacement) the SAME EXACT DAY, so I could make it home safely. If I lived in Spokane, or anywhere near, they would be my go to shop. Thanks so much Cameron, Shawn and Gage!

Had my truck in for timing belt and water pump change out and asked them if they could also do a transmission service. They said not a problem. They called and said they test ran it and I could pick it up. I noticed the next day the transmission was slipping. I called them and they said bring it by to check the fluid level. I did and they found it to be low and had to some in and that probably had air bubble. Okay I accepted their expert opinion and off I went. It was still slipping and they suggested I give it a day or two. After a week or so I called to let them know it was still slipping. I asked if they used the correct fluid and was told they followed what the computer told them. I'd asked another mechanic and he said sounded like the wrong fluid. Asked what the next step is and was told might need to rebuild the transmission. Well it was fine when I brought it in and got the old we followed what the computer said. I'm sorry I just spent over $1000.00 and felt they did not care. I had a 20 year plus mechanic drain the fluid and he said the fluid was burnt and probably the wrong fluid. He then purchased new Toyota brand fluid and filled it. Guess what, no more slipping and I'm out $150.00 dollars to have my transmission serviced RIGHT. Nice guys but once they get your money they don't seem to CARE. BEWARE!!!

I only gave these guys 5 STARS because it only goes as high as 5. These guys are a 10 STAR shop. Mitch, Tracy, Cameron, and Sean are all honest, hard working people and know their stuff. I've had several rigs into them and had work done at both of their shops. All work was done on time, and professionaly. They were honest with parts and time, if there was any issues, they would call and keep me updated on progress. It's hard to find great shops these days, but go no farther this is the place. I have several rigs and all will be coming here. I will also tell my friends and family to use this shop. This place has a small town feel. The owners are local and they treat their customers like the neighbors they are, they care about the community and care about thier customers. Truly a great place. Highly recommend.

I called them at 1pm on a Tuesday with a rough running engine after the recent cold snap. Dropped it off justcafter 2. They had a diagnosis before 5pm, and an incredibly reasonable estimate. I approved the work, and my SUV (aka Mommymobile) was ready by noon the next day! I had called a few shops, and next week was the soonest they could even look at it, much less work on it! It really pays to shop local. I'm delighted with the friendly service and speed. Coming back and sending friends. Shop local!

the guys worked on my 07 ford f150 and replaced the coils and spark plugs and i was impressed they were fast and did just what they said. The funny part is this is the first mechanic in spokane that without me asking had all the old parts in a box for me to take and look at. This is exactly what all mechanics are supposed to do and they did it without me asking the best bar none

All i can say is i took my 05 dodge ram to tune tech to get a exhaust manifold gasket replaced i knew the book time on the job was 2.2 -2.6 hrs. they tried to screw me ( check tune techs 1 start review) I then went to hillyard automotive the men were the best i've delft with in spokane in the last 13 years they got it done the day they said at the price of 391.00 as they said i couldn't ask for anything more. they do what they say and say what they do. I would recommend them to any one and every one. I will be going back in the future. ALL I CAN SAY IS THANK YOU
