nice people and great service. they got my car in the next day and got to it within a few hours, and test drove it a few times to make sure it was alright. havent had a mechanic do that before, normally you have to know someone personally for them to do something like that.

Dishonest mechanics, bad customer service and unethical operating. After telling them that you have a problem(loud breaks and squeaky belt) they will do the bare minimum and charge as much as possible. 5 days after you get your car back your problem with come back that you just paid so much money to fix. They will promise you, after an inspection, a certain price, but will find something to add to your work, which they will do without asking. When you show up to pick your car up(10 days later!) they will have a new invoice for you, 30-40% higher than what they promised. They give you no heads up but offer to remove the parts they put on your vehicle without your permission. Ken and Cory are not trustworthy. This mechanic should not be trusted, avoid at all costs.

Used to love going to Lloyds and recommended them to everyone! I recently scheduled a brake job with the South Hill location and when I arrived, there was a gentleman in front of me who was pretty upset about something and the man behind the counter mentioned that the company had changed ownership last year. In my head, I was giving them the benefit of the doubt with what was going on in front of me. But then what happened to me was: 1. I had a brake inspection somewhere else so called around for pricing and decided to move forward with Lloyds. 2. Called on a Thursday, they asked why I thought I needed brakes, told them what the other company said my pads levels were, they said okay, we can get you scheduled for the following Wednesday. 3. Got a confirmation email on Tuesday, I confirmed and asked how long the service would take and was told about 2 hrs. 4. Went in on Wednesday, asked if they'd call me to give me the cost before doing the work and was then told they wouldn't be doing any actual work but just an inspection... I said I didn't need an inspection... they said they wouldn't do work without doing an inspection. I said okay but I scheduled for brakes to be done today. I was emailing with someone who said my service today would take 2 hrs... that's just for an inspection? They said no, that would be for brakes.... a large part of what I loved about Lloyds before was their customer service which they just no longer have apparently. No apology, nothing... I emailed back the same thread that I had previously confirmed the appointment through explaining that it was disappointing that the person emailing me was also under the impression that I was having brakes done and they never even responded.

One of the best shops on Southhill. Every customer will have positive and negative experience with every kind of shop. What I value is honesty and craftsmanship. CJ and the crew are excellent. I am satisfied with the price. There's no surprise charges. I would rather pay one time than cheap fix and keep going into the shop every once a month. So far, my 1993 Buick lesabre is floating on a freeway without a problem.

Absolutely LOVE this shop. Took my truck in because check engine light and exhaust smell. They found d the problem quick, my headers were cracked, and they offered to install stock manifolds back in. Quoted me $1,400, and they had it done by morning of next business day, and at $200 cheaper than what they quoted. This altogether was close to $1,000 cheaper than I thought. The whole they were incredibly friendly and did e erything they could to make sure I had my truck back quickly while still doing a quality repair. 10/10 I would recommend this place.

Great experience. They got me in the next day with online booking. Had all new brakes, rotors, oil change, and sway bar done in one day. They even did some extras, like clean my battery terminals of corrosion, and actually lube vital points (like oil change shops generally don’t do) for free. They kept me in the loop throughout my wait about repairs. Very happy with the service they provided. Plus, I got all that done for less than Les Shwab quoted me just for a new brake service. Recommended.

I received horrible service from this shop. My car had trouble starting. I dropped it off yesterday: they said they fixed the issue. Today, the car isn't starting *at all.* I call this auto shop and get told that they actually didn't fix anything and now I need to paid to get it towed over there. I've never received a worse service from a shop. Do not come here with your vehicle.
