Very upset with this place. No keeping me posted about my vehicle, I've been told my car would take 4 days and this is now day 9. Now they tell me 3 more days. Nobody would call me back, I had to call to check on my car..they give me different excuses everyday. I will NEVER bring another vehicle here again. If I was kept informed it would have been different!!!

They did damage to my car when I took it in to repair some body damage. They blamed this new damage on a glass company. They said I would be contacted. I wasn’t. I contacted them, they said again I would be contacted. I wasn’t. I contacted them again and this went on for about a month. Then they made other promises to me, which were broken. I eventually got it taken care of, but it was an enormous hassle. And I was told repeatedly that the work would be finished by such and such date, and it would not be. That I would receive calls, which I did not. That the glass replacement would be done at my worksite, then they refused to do so. A real disaster as far as customer service, not to mention that they did damage to my car that took about a month to get repaired.

I've never written a bad review about a business before but my experience with Lithia has been so terrible that I feel like I must. I chose Lithia because Geico recommended them. They originally told me that my car would be ready to go in 4 days. It's been 12 days and it's still not done. Their customer service has been terrible. I feel like I've been deliberately deceived and misled. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

I took my car in for an estimate (Marge Mathews) and for an unknown reason, in her mind anyway. I was VERY specific about the vandalism being from the egging (it being a separate incident since were 2 different days) I didn't know when I filed there WAS NO damage from egging. I was very specific that the damages occurred in the collision. She separated the damages, which I had closed the vandalism cuz there was no damage! Thinking estimates were separate because of the time frame it would take to get fixed. Then when I called Marge who was completely unprofessional and told me I represented it differently (ask any friends, cops or insurance) I NEVER changed my story. I'm sorry Marge is confused, but she is lying or has a problem. She apparently doesn't like to be questioned because she immediately responded and said they were not working on my car and I had to get it. I asked her, so you are refusing to work on my car and said yes, you need to get my car. I said, let me clarify, you will not work on my car and I have to start all over, she said yes and again said "get your car". It was there because I was under the impression you were working with my insurance apparently something changed and no one informed me. Beyond from unprofessional, you will no longer get business of any one of my friends and family. I'm sure some take will be made about what is said, but only part of story, the rest lies. She should be fired for how unprofessional and rude she was.

Was scared that the paint was not going to match, but I’m ecstatic with the results! Just awesome. The technician that did the auto work is an artist!!! It’s a masterpiece now.

Shockingly bad! My wife had a low speed, 30 mph, interaction with a deer. Deer survived but car had some dents and broken grill. I wasn't expecting perfection but assumed that they would do a decent job of fixing my wife's car. Wow, was I wrong! Body panels and hood were fitted so badly that the hood was pinched against the left fender and front bumper cap so badly it would not open with hood release. Inner fender liners were installed incorrectly and have over 1 inch gaps between fender and liner. Front grill has 3/4 inch gap and is completely disconnected at the top from the bumper cap. Paint job is a joke (bad one). They did an orange peel paint layer, 100's of contaminants, and then clear coated over it. They charged for replacing a number of parts and labor including the AC condenser that were not actually replaced or done. When I brought some of this to the attention of the man at the body shop counter he went and got the manager to talk to me. This manager lied to me and tried to cover it all up with really stupid and false statements. He stated that the inner fender would heat up while driving and road debris would (magically) push it into place and (magically) the missing scews would appear. He stated that the reason the panels didn't line up was due to the aftermarket fender that was perfectly lined up before the accident. I decided at that point that there was no point arguing with this idiot and left. I had been lied to, I had been treated like I was to stupid to know what I was talking about, and charged a lot of money for that poor job and abuse. I can't think of any reason anyone should take their vehicle there for work.

Horrible initial experience here. Dealt with an estimator named “Alex” and was met with nothing but resistance. Complained to me that my bumper wasn’t clean enough for him. Complained that I didn’t make an appointment to get the vehicle on a lift, even though I called one week ago today to attempt to make an appointment. When I tried to schedule one the front desk receptionist informed me that it was walk ins only. “Alex” did not make even a slight attempt to be friendly or helpful. This has been a terrible experience this far and I am planning on looking for somewhere else to get my body work done.

Very disappointed in the service, very disappointed in the management both The Body Shop and the overall dealership management, tried resolving the issue with upper management , called twice but their general manager did not have the courtesy or professionalism to even return a call. My advice is to not take your vehicle to Camp Chevrolet body shop either one and if my experience with their body shop is anything like what I should expect from their dealership don't buy from them either. Truly the worst experience I've had in years. So Bad in fact that I will be suing them very soon.

Where do I begin? Took my car in 04/04/2018 and got it back on 04/20/2018. Would not have had a problem with how long it took, BUT it clearly wasn't done. The A/C doesn't work. The compass with temp doesn't work. Somebody isn't doing their job or they didn't want me to have the rental car any longer. They will never get my business again. Not even for a new car. Kind of worried about checking out the rest of the car. I'm sure there is more problems.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Dropped my car Tuesday and they guarantee it would be done Thursday. Gave them a call Thursday and they’re waiting on parts to paint. This is the worst service in Spokane. They told me they’d be done Friday afternoon and they came up with the same excuse again. Nobody should take their cars here. It’s been there almost a week and they haven’t touched the car yet. Worst service. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Yeah don’t go here. Had to take my vehicle back 4 times because they couldn’t paint a bumper. The color matching was good and the detail job was good, but just the actual painting was terrible. Left scratches and paint globs everywhere. One time they forgot to put my fog lights back in. They left a dent and a scratch in my fender, claimed it wasn’t them and wasn’t part of the original quote, but I have pictures. The general manager of this corporation proceeded to yell at me for giving them a bad review, and that it was my fault. Eventually after a few minutes of the airhead screaming he calmed down and said he would send a mobile repair team to fix the dent in a few days. It has no been almost three months and haven’t heard back. Please don’t ever go here.

I was rear-ended a couple weeks ago and needed my back door, rear bumper and spare tire replaced and lithia camp body and paint fixed it right up for me! My car was in and out of the shop in 1 week and it looks better than when I dropped it off. My headlights were so foggy when I took it in and they even cleaned those for me without me even asking! They did such a great job repairing my vehicle! Not only did they wash the outside of it (which I was excited about) but they also detailed the inside. It looks brand new, inside and out. The repair job they did looks just beautiful. The customer service from the lithia guys and get out was phenomenal. They did everything they could to work with MY schedule to make sure it was taken care of. And the front office ladies were so sweet with my constant calling and checking on the time frame. Thank you, guys! So much!

We were told when we dropped our truck off on the 12/27/2021. We were told it was being put in the shop and being worked on that day. We got a text message saying they were waiting for a tech bay to open. THEY have had our vehicle for 15 days and it was supposed be finished by the end of this week. We have left messages no calls back. THEY can text message but they can't call someone when they have not done the job they are contracted and paid to do. Poor communication lack of professionalism. Not to mention on drop off day one of the service techs almost hit my vehicle parked. Be careful do your self a favor this has been an complete nightmare.

Just got some body work done on my 2022 subaru crosstrek. Took me over 3 months from the day I called until I was able to get it in, these folks are extremely busy! Took them 15 days to complete the work and they were very kind when I inquired about a pick up date with the estimator calling me back within minutes. Very smooth process with insurance being charged everything minus my deductible. So far I have been very impressed with the level of work and am excited to do the first wash to see how the paint holds up. Keep up the good work y'all I will definitely be back if I need it!
