I never review places. But I have never been more impressed by a repair shop than Carlson's. I am always wary of going to a shop with my car because I never know what places to trust. I can confidently say that this place is honest and they are always doing their best to get your car back to premium shape and in a timely fashion. Dino and Phil are very knowledgable and direct. They make sure you are always getting the best prices on parts and repairs. The moment I walked in they treated me with respect and talked with my like I was a friend. I will always go to them if I ever need to get work done on my Honda.

Did a big engine repair for us on our Honda Element at a very reasonable rate, were great about explaining everything so I could understand. And when the ignition went out on the car a few weeks later, they were able to get it replaced the same day so I wouldn't be without my car for the weekend. Honest, nice guys who do great work. I would recommend them to anyone!

Went here on a recommendation from a Friend and wasn't disappointed. Had an electrical problem with my Honda that was difficult to track down but they wouldn't give up until they found the problem. They worked to save me money by installing used parts rather than trying to sell me new. Very personable and knowledgeable. Highly recommend. ***Need to update this post because I took my car once again to Carlson's and once again they did good work at a reasonable price. Recommend highly

Carlson’s Wins!!! I’ve been dealing with Carlson’s for nearly a decade. I have never trusted any service, contractor ect. more than I trust these fellas. They have gone above and beyond on all my families vehicles. They provide honest feedback back with zero fluff and genuinely care. If it doesn’t need fixed they’ll tell ya. Carlson's is the ONLY place you should take your Honda, Subaru, and/or Toyota. They are experts with a passion to do what's right. They are operate with integrity, are extremely knowledgeable, and have a TON of experience! I have been a customer for nearly 4 years and they have always helped me prioritize my repairs and have never tried to sell me on a service I don't need. Don't waste your time looking anywhere else, they are your guys!

Oh man, Dino and his crew are incredible! Took my 2015 Subaru Outback to 2 other shops and a dealership with transmission issues. Turns out Subaru sent out a service bulletin on my issue, and Carlson's was the only one that caught it. Saved me thousands and thousands of dollars! They got it fixed very quickly and took my same car I was about to sell on a 800 mile trip with absolutely no issues. It was like a brand new car! Thank you so much guys I will definitely be back!

I can't say enough good things about Carlson's Import! If you're looking for an import shop that's reliable and trustworthy that does quality work at a reasonable price Dino and Phil are your guys. They are friendly, professional, knowledgable and extremely thorough! I bought back a car I sold 10 years ago and took it into them to have a full inspection done so I knew what condition everything was in and if there was anything immediate that needed to be done. Phil gave me a list of things needed and the priority level of each and Dino gave me several different options for the parts and repairs. They don't over diagnose or try to push unnecessary repairs on you just to make money. These guys have INTEGRITY and it shows!! Thanks Dino and Phil!!

Dino and Phillip took my broke down Honda from a tow truck even though they were 2 weeks out for any appointments moreover they even stayed late to get me a diagnosis the next evening! I've been a Carlson's fan for a number of years, through multiple vehicles and they never fail to do a great job at a reasonable cost. My latest story - I bought an '03 Tundra from my father 5yrs ago (he was the original owner), and at that time there was a 'check engine' light that he'd explained was from some sort of vacuum leak, that he'd had checked at numerous Toyota dealers who all told him, 'just ignore the light, it is too hard to fix, and there's nothing wrong, etc.... Anyway, I asked the guys at Carlson's to look into it, see if they could find a problem, and let me know. They spent the time necessary to really hunt it down, and called the next day saying they ordered parts and I could pick it up the following day. Not easy to get to, but was a quick-disconnect vacuum hose that had a bad o-ring (and they showed me the part). Anyway, it has been over 2-wks without the check engine light and I have them to thank. Dino, Phillip and the team there really take the time to do the best possible work for their customers, use factory parts and stand behind their work. I highly recommend them and will continue to trust their recommendations. B
