After being serviced by this company I was originally neither satisfied nor dissatisfied and I left a review about my experience. The owner immediately reached out to me the next day expressing his desire to offer a way to make it right. We both shared our perspectives and agreed to offer each other full forgiveness and grace which was truly beautiful to experience . Not only did he give me a full refund, gave me an additional $10 on top of what I paid but he also gave me a free inspection paired with an oil change and gave me the extra bottle of oil he had left over. This man truly went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the service he provided and that surprised me- There are not too many people carrying this kind of integrity now days. Kindness and compassion are still prevailing. God bless this man and his family .

We were on a long drive and passing through Spokane when a coolant hose broke. The engine overheated rapidly and we were in a bind. Called the dealership and they weren’t much help. But then called Dominic and he met us within 25 mins and fixed everything. Super reasonable and did a fantastic job.

Our Sprinter Van had an issue while driving home from a west coast trip. We were enroute to Montana on Labor Day when our van began to have issue....suddenly we were in search of a mechanic on a Holiday. Called Local Auto Repair and he was , available- and he was able to help us fast plus he is fair and honest. He met us at a convenient location off the highway. He was great. two thumbs up!

I had another mobile mechanic tell me I needed a new ignition lock cylinder and that I should have a locksmith install it. Dominic told me it probably wasn't the cylinder, but showed up with that and the part he thought it was, just to cover all bases. He was right, and got it fixed quickly for about $160 less than he quoted. From the time he said he was going to get parts to finishing the job it was less than 2 hours. That includes the time he took giving me a diagnosis on my van's coolant leak, and a quote for that and a separate issue on the car. I'd give him 6 stars if I could!

Dominic is amazing. He’s kind, professional , punctual and helped me understand so much. I asked Dominic to come meet me to do a pre-buy inspection on a car for my daughter. He spent an hour with us going through everything, including a drive, explaining and teaching as he went. He gave me with a check off sheet to keep so I had all the info. I’ll cut straight to the chase here….every 1 star review you’ve read about this guy not answering or not returning calls or not showing up when he said he would, BELIEVE THEM! I called regarding my truck not starting, figured it could be a simple fix, or if not I’d pay him for his time to diagnose the issue if it was too big of a job. He seemed nice enough on the phone…. Told me he’d try to swing by that day if he could squeeze me in, or the following if he couldn’t. So I texted him multiple times with my address, asking for an ETA as he had requested…..Crickets. I even told him I understood if he couldn’t make but to just please let me know so I could make other arrangements….nothing. Not even a simple 5 word text reply (I.e “I’m too busy right now.”) I’m sure he’ll reply on here with some lame excuse for his unprofessionalism and try to blame his customer for it, that’s what he’s done with every other 1 star reviewer. That should have been a red flag right there, wish I would’ve read those reviews BEFORE I wasted my time with him. Why can’t there be a zero star option?

Awesome service! I needed a headlight replaced on a Subaru, so not a task easily done by a novice. Dominic was able to fit me in same day! I didn't have the right bulb, so he ran to get the correct one. He was really friendly and offered free advice on my battery. Such a nice guy. I will use his mobile service again if need be.

I called and spoke with the gentleman who owns this business about a car issue. We set up a time for him to come by and to do a code scan and let me know what the issue was and if it was something he would be able to fix. He gave me the time he would be by. I took the day off and waited. 30 minutes after the quoted time I texted him. No response. 15 minutes after that I called. No answer. I left a voicemail. Never responded. If you don't want the work then don't schedule with a person. If something comes up, communicate. I got nothing but silence.

Dominick was able to fix my Suburban the day I called him. Other shops I have used I typically have to wait at least a few days. He came to my house which was so convenient. I don't enjoy coordinating rides to and from a shop. I travel for my job, so knowing I have someone who does good work that my wife can call when I am out of town is a huge stress relief. His prices were very fair and he was friendly and knowledgeable.
