Last night my daughter came over and said her phone wouldn't charge. She was upset. We called Batteries Plus and they said come on down and we can diagnose it. She did and they said the charger port needed cleaning which they did for her at no charge. Also sold her a new charger at a discounted price. She left very happy and satisfied. The only certified Samsung repair shop in the area and their Samsung system is constantly going down and otherwise causing problems. In addition to ongoing staff miscommunications, I've driven my girlfriend out here 3 times now, hoping for anything: First we came out without calling or making an appointment, our bad. They say if we make an appointment, it should be done within a week. Second, we tried to make an appointment but their online system wasn't updated with her phone (even though they do service them). We called and they said we could drop in. So we drop in, and then are told "no, you NEED an appointment" and that it will now take 2 weeks. They make an appointment a week out. We are here for the 3rd time. It has been 30 minutes and the "PoS system isn't working" and I'm starting to think it would be easier to just replace the thing.

Edit: My second time in here for s broken phone screen (apparently I am VERY clumsy with my phone) and I got the SAME level of amazing service. My phone is good as new and the insurance covered everything. What a SUPER group of people and I cannot thank, enough, Swan, Vanessa, and Alic fixed my phone with a smile and a level of care that rivals what we strive for at my dental office. Still a customer for life. T-Mobile suggested a location on the South Hill over Batteries+, but I will send everyone I can to THIS location for all their repair and battery needs! Thank you guys! What a fantastic experience! I filed a claim with T-Mobile when my phone quit working and just had a flickering screen. One option was to have a same-day repair attempt. I figured, "well, why the heck not?" as I had nothing to lose from trying. Even if they were unable to repair my phone, I still had the option to get a new one sent. I decided to try for the best. Because I filed an insurance claim, my full repair cost me $30 + tax. Replacement would have cost $99 + tax. It was SOOOO easy. I made my appointment, walked right in, was greeted by friendly smiling people, answered a couple simple questions, was told to come back in about an hour and a half, and reclaim my phone. I came back and the darn thing was fixed! Fast, friendly, and totally effective without any pre-conceived expectation from me. If you have a phone issue, use your insurance through your cell provider, then take it to Batteries/Bulbs+ and their expert tech will bust their butt to make it right. Customer for life!

Absolutely awesome customer service ! I tht my battery was low for my Cadillac key fob which they replaced . Turned out to be a bad contact. I was stuck in the parking lot w a no key fob detected . He scanned my car found and showed me how to bypass it then adjusted the contact inside the fob and fixed the issue w no charge ! 3rd visit here and have been impressed everytime 5 stars +++ Thank you!!

I had an insurance claim to fix the screen of my phone. Dealing with the insurance was extremely frustrating. I was very upset when I took my phone in expecting more of a hassle. Made appointment online and was there having my battery installed in my car within an hour. It was only one employee on duty at the time he was very knowledgeable and very efficient and was able to multitask and work on my car while helping other customers that came in. Only downside was my sticker shock at the cost of a new car battery... $250. Talk if batteries Plus could do much about the price as I did check others and they were all in the same range otherwise I would have given five stars
