finally a POWERFUL automatic car wash that truly removes ALL dirt from your vehicle. I’ve been to Broadway and Winthrop leaving extremely dissatisfied . I chose the $12 wash and left Queen’s VERY PLEASED !! Hands up to the owner 🙌🏽🙌🏽

Was very impressed with how nice the place and and if you read the directions “lol I didn’t “ the ease of using a card to pay. In 25* weather the wash brush want even frozen and all worked great. Was surprised to see a high powered blower “hand held” in the self service bay. I’ll definitely be back with my trucks again. Thank you

Can’t even believe how nice my truck came out using the touch free wash!! The soap/protectant product they provide is incomparable to other car washes around. The vacuum was top notch getting all the dirt out of my interior.. Not to mention the facility is spotless!! Highly recommend!

I used the self service bay at this carwash. It has all the essentials for a solid clean. It's particularly convenient if you prefer washing your car by yourself. But a heads-up for those watching their budget: each session gives you only 4 minutes per charge. So, if it's your first visit, I suggest reading the instructions thoroughly to make the most of your time and money. Despite the time constraint, the quality of the available equipment still provide a fair value for a quick refresh of your vehicle.

I don’t know why they’re putting another drive-through in the self serve base were good enough and for some reason, the pressure isn’t what it was and the soap clings the vehicle and leaves a film. I don’t know what’s changed but something and I usually come here three times a week.

This is the only carwash I go to even tho I live 40 minutes away by the time I get back home the car is dirty again but I will keep going because this place has the most highest water pressure in all of Massachusetts any other carwash has the water preashure of a sink faucet

The car wash is okay, not the best! I have been there twice and both times I used the automatic and most expensive wash. When I was done my car was still dirty. The dryer doesn't get the water off, so all my windows had water marks on them. If I had time to wash it myself I would have done that instead!! Edit to my original post: Thank you for replying to my comment Car Wash Queen. My car is black and it wasn't heavily dirty. I always keep my windows clean inside and out so I was a bit disappointed that every window and the front and rear windshields had water marks on them. I appreciate that you offered me a free wash. I know you are good people. I would not want to take money away from you or your business. I am happy to pay for my car to be cleaned. I don't know if you have children but I do and I would never want my business to have to give away money that feeds my children and family. I truly appreciate you for being so nice about trying to make it right/better. I'm sorry that I didn't have a good experience with the automatic car wash twice this year. Your car wash is closer to me than any other one here. I was on my way home and was passing by so I decided to go ahead and stop there. Just want to mention again that my car wasn't very dirty as it has rained a lot lately and I had just washed my car recently. Again, thank you for the offer of a free wash, that is extremely kind of you. I would not have a problem though with you looking at my car before then after I have it washed there next time. I hope many people see the edits to this post and your comment back to my original post as they will see that you are a very kind person who wants to help out and try to fix the problem when there is one. Please know that I was not trying to say anything bad about your business. I would be the same as you if there were a problem with my business. You are a loyal business owner and I appreciate that more than you know.

I don't understand the bad reviews about this place.If you're going with a heavily dirty car and expect detailing service out of a regular car wash you won't find it anywhere.Car Wash Queen is a great a great place, clean and has competitive prices compared to other car washes I've been. It's well located and I only wash my cars there.

I use this car wash frequently with no issues. Last week the person in front of me put their vehicle in reverse after finishing their wash, which caused the door to not open for my wash. After contacting the owner, Chloe. She promptly opened the door for me as well as upgraded me to a $20 wash, from the $10 one I purchased. I highly recommend using this car wash. The equipment is all new and well taken care of and the owner cares about the customers.
