I came in a couple weeks ago because my car was making a squealing sound and I couldn’t stand it . Brett the store manager was very helpful and took the time to explain to me what the issue was. You can most definitely tell he knows what he’s doing. Other places I’ve been to would try to have me spend more than what I really needed. This place has great prices! I will definitely be back at this location. I would recommend more people to come here. 😁😁😁

This place is ok. Firestone gave emissions appointment for a month, and I was lucky to find appointment here in a week. Bred is a very clever person,before I say hi he was already entering my plate number to the pc reading plate across the parking lot. Free cold water. Emissions test took a bit longer than usual but it was OK. They are nice people. There is an ALDI store across the street if you need to wait longer..

I brought my car in thinking I had a transmission problem. Jody, Brett, and Carlos explained their diagnostic process, the several attempts to diagnose the issue, and explained that they believed my car was running as it should, and didn’t try to upsell or push unnecessary repairs, even though they easily could have. It’s clear they put in real effort to diagnose the issue honestly. I really appreciate the integrity and hard work, definitely a shop I will continue to trust and will return to in the future.

I went last week to change my router and pads in the front. Payed and took the car. When I started driving on the highway I started hearing strong noises. I kept driving cause I was working but after 2 days I went to a different shop to check and they told me that the bolts on the vehicle were very loose! Imagine driving on highway with the bolts loosen! This is crazy!! People can die because they are reckless so just imagine giving them a more complicated job on your vehicle! And if something will go wrong you will never it’s their responsibility! And you will pay even more money… I would never bring my vehicle there again that’s for sure, I recommend you find your self also a different shop. Good luck Response to your reply: Apparently you like twisting things, I told you I went to a different shop because the car made a strong noise and they found out and showed me live that they were loose! Then he tightened them so I won’t keep driving like that. Never touched the vehicle before that since I left your shop! As far the “security footage “, like I said the bolt were on but screwed barley half way so what you saw in the security is just that. On top of that, we found 4 wheels loose, and I did only the front brakes so it didn’t make sense at the beginning but then your own employee said you always open the whole 4 wheels because you need to check all of them every time from some reason. This is your guy doing, and you trying to distance yourself self from this because I asked for a refund? You’re a joke.

I took my car to Car-X and the guys were so honest and suggested I take my car to a dealership because it needed more detail diagnostic. I listened to their advice and my car was fixed. I've taken my car to this shop for a couple years now and have found they are always very fast and reasonable about their services. So, when my passenger-side mirror went rogue today, I took it straight to them. Brett was very helpful and got my mirror fixed in 5 minutes, even though he had 5 other cars in line and 1 mechanic. He also didn't miss a phone call during that time, which I can appreciate as well. Overall, everyone at this shop is accomodating and willing to help out!

You deserve no ratings at all. This place is not where i would ever take my car to again…i don’t care about any of the location. There is no way i made an appointment on a Saturday for Monday morning 10am after i got of the call with the dude and there is no appointment scheduled for me on Monday at their shop. I just allowed that slide and then he took the vehicle and said he was gonna call me when they were done and up until 3pm -3:30pm i never got a call but called back and i see he was so reluctant about the situation and asked me to come get it and couldn’t tell me exactly when they would be done because he said he was the only one there and he was doing everything. This is not normal at all and if you people have no workers to fix those multiple cars i see then close that location until you’re ready to do business. It’s unfair to get back home up from a nap and yet my car isn’t fixed since 10:15am there about…it’s absurd and ridiculous. Please do better but with me i won’t go to any of your locations for life. I wish you people the very best in your business and i regret ever having anything to do with your business. Don’t claim that you don’t know me when you have all my information and number on your system. You people dented the side of my 2018 Toyota Camry by the sides with the lifter while you carried out the inspection and i have the inspection sent to my phone number directly so don’t come in here to say you don’t know me simply because you can’t help the situation. Go and check and verify a 2018 camry LE brought to your shop and don’t play with me because your staff was rude and my wife almost unleashed her bad side too. You can’t help me and that’s it for so long you claim not to know me and i can post your inspections. You would never find my name because your staff was dumb enough to attach the previous user of my phone numbers name to the inspection information despite taking my information from my drivers license.

I came in a little over a week ago with my Honda in horrendous condition. I really thought the car was a goner, but this wonderful Car-X team really swooped in and saved my vehicle. I couldn’t thank them enough. From start to finish my whole experience was five stars. The manager Brett was super friendly and explained everything to me in detail. Straight to the point no sugar coating. Both the mechanics Jody and Carlos were wonderful and sweet. Jody knew exactly what he was doing with my vehicle and by the end it was running brand new. I highly recommend this location. Staff is fabulous and five star service!

I normally go to the kirkwood location but was closer to the north and south one. I needed air in my tires and after I entered I was immediately approached by Brett who told me where to go, filled up my tires and checked to make sure they were still the right level. I have a hard time finding places that don’t mind putting air on my tires without acting put out. Brett greatly exceeded my expectations. Would definitely go back.

Would NEVER visit this shop. Went in to get an alignment, explained that I had hit a curb and popped my tire and threw it out-of-line. I was told that they would look everything over. I sat in the lobby for about an hour and a half before I am quoted 2.8k for "repairs that are needed." No alignment was done at the time like I had requested in the appointment. I immediately declined any services to be done at this shop and informed them that I would take my car to the dealership where I had bought it. And got an immediate back pedal of these things don't need to be done. I took it to the dealership because many of the things that they were quoting for me had been replaced when I bought the car a few months ago. The dealership said that the only thing that they would agree with them is that I should replace the control arm. I asked and showed them the page I was given and they had told me that none of these other items needed replacing and to not visit that shop again.

Excellent service. Detailed and knowledgeable. Very clean and every employee has a positive attitude do what it takes to have their customers leave happy. The lady that came in right before me just said she started hearing a noise under her car so she brought it to them to check. They couldn't find anything wrong with her car so they didn't charge her anything. That's top notch customer service.
